In the mild climate of the South Hams, this single-storey link house enjoys a quiet location just 1.5 miles from the popular water sports centre of Salcombe and 0.5 miles from Marlborough’s 3 pubs, shop/garage, tennis courts and children’s play area. The coastal path offers good walking, and superb sandy beaches at Hope Cove and Thurlestone are under 2 miles. Nearby are Overbecks (National Trust), Bigbury and renowned golf courses whilst Torbay, Dartmouth, Plymouth, Slapton Ley Nature Reserve and Dartmoor are within easy reach. Beach 2 miles. Hydrangeas
Nicely appointed property, but bedding was damp and some of kitchen equipment dirty. Towels very well used and small. Many notices giving instructions on what you could or couldn't do, reminding us of a bossy school mistress. No welcome pack which is very unusual.

Lovely little property, (could do with modernising. )but it was clean, was more than adequately equipped. Great walks from doorstep. Good busses. Lovely beaches.
