Kingsland, GA is 15 minutes from Kingsbay Submarine Base and Cumberland Island National Seashore. Nearby are Georgia's Golden Isles and Crooked River State Park. A day trip could include Amelia Island, Fl and Fort Clinch State Park in Fernandina Beach, FL. The Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge is also worth a visit.
