Guest Access:
The property is equipped with a key pad door lock. Your code will be sent to you the morning of your stay. Additionally, the digital welcome guide will be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like WiFi network names, password as well as house rules and check in/out procedures. Please let us know if you would like us to email you this information booklet or send to other guests.

- Safety NoticeE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. No cameras face into the house or look into interior space
- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.
