Right off I95 in a cluster of other hotels. Our room was clean and beds were comfy. Hotel was recently renovated as was our room, except for the bathtub/shower and bathroom door. They were nasty and really showed their age. Room had a bit of a smell to it but our noses got use to it. Breakfast was very nice and coffee was good. Staff was outstanding…super friendly and helpful.

I am not sure orbitz should continue to work with this hotel. Many Google reviews have similar pictures of what I experienced. I have never complained about a hotel, but when paint is peeling off the walls in the bathroom, easily accessible to small children and there is mildew growing in the toilet, There is really no way to have a stay that feels relaxing. I was offered a full refund by the manager. She was very apologetic. When she realized I booked with the Orbitz, She said to call and request a refund. At the end of the conversation, she did mention that orbits is still going to charge them for our stay though. And that doesn't look good on the hotel. Once I called Beth, she refused to give a full refund. My thinking is if they have saved labor by not cleaning rooms, then they don't really deserve to get the money Covered by Orbitz. It was a mistake to book through a company that my husband and I have always found reliable as far as cleanliness, etc. I have never had a hard time with orbitz before, but if they continue to have contracts with hotels like this, I'm not going to be able to put my trust in them.
