We were given 2 rooms back to back 227 then 225 that had not been cleaned, when we went to the front desk we were given attitude as if it was our fault, the 2nd time we went down to vent that the 2nd room given was dirty not cleaned the front desk person had yet to even apologize but instead "thats not my dept" " i have morhing to do with that dept its not my job" i asked for the manager info, her response "shes gone for 3 days" i asked for corporate # " i don't have that information" i said whoever was in charge of cleaning those rooms flat out lied they were clean, i stated we had been driving for 16 hrs were tired and booked online, checked in online so we made her job as easy as possible but all we got was attitude unprofessionalism and 2 dirty rooms, i asked what happens if the 3rd room was also dirty " i cant give a refund just the manager and shes gone" she didn't take any responsibility for the hotel whatsoever not even one apology for what happened. We will never be using Wyndham again

Great and convenient location. Ice machine wasn’t working which was disappointing. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful. Hot water went away to quick. Shower head needs replacing. Overall great stay.

The hotel is very good. Our room was good and had a newly renovated bathroom. It was quiet and I had an excellent night's sleep. I did not give it a five star because the breakfast was mismanaged. There was no coffee. The hot water machine for tea did not work. The microwave did not work. True, these are minor things and I only point them out for the benefit of management to make the fixes.

Happy with our stay
The room was clean and comfortable. We were missing a few toiletry items and the remote for the tv, but the front desk took care of that upon request. The continental breakfast was great with many different choices. We would stay again.

I can't really describe the smell in the facility, but my best description would be it did not smell foul, but it also didn't smell clean either. I do have to say that I was extremely disappointed. I was on a long road trip and chose this location due to the outdoor sitting area shown in the photos, looking forward to having a place I could relax. I was unable to find it, so I inquired about it at the front desk. I was told they had removed all of it due to the homeless taking advantage of the area.

Moldy, humid, and just not good!
It was just an absolutely horrible hotel. The room was damp and humid and smelled like mold. Mold was discovered on the blanket. They had no other comforters to replace it with, so we got some thin blankets instead. Hand prints on the headboard, bathroom sink did not drain, giant water spot/water damage on ceiling. I couldn't wait to get out of there, but I had to stay to evacuate from a hurricane! :(

The hallways and surrounding property were terrible; dirty, littered. You charge for a dog that’s cleaner than the room. There was no toilet paper in the room and no ice available. We were told to walk next door for it. We paid less the night before for an excellent property. You should be ashamed.

It was a very nice day. Easy access from 95. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The showers were hot and pressure was good. Breakfast was adequate. Plenty to choose from. Have stayed here before, and will stay again when we travel.
