The staff was friendly and helpful. The guest laundry was outrageously expensive. The ice machine was broken. Other than that, I am happy with my stay.

The hallways and surrounding property were terrible; dirty, littered. You charge for a dog that’s cleaner than the room. There was no toilet paper in the room and no ice available. We were told to walk next door for it. We paid less the night before for an excellent property. You should be ashamed.

It was a very nice day. Easy access from 95. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The showers were hot and pressure was good. Breakfast was adequate. Plenty to choose from. Have stayed here before, and will stay again when we travel.

Inside smelt very musty, including main lobby. Elevator very dirty. Room had mildew and mold through the room, on the walls and ceiling. Front staff was very nice and refunded our money. There were people just sitting around and hanging out outside. Didn’t feel real safe, either.

The staff was excellent! The first room we had was alright. We had to change rooms due to equipment issues with the ac unit. The second room the only complaint is they had used shampoo left out. It was nearly empty. If I depended on that, I would have had to get new ones. Ice machine not working, atm not working, washer/dryer not working. Key card access works sometimes, which isn't good when your spouse is sleeping and you cant get in the door.

Every room had a strong mold smell. I asked for a discount. The manager refused, saying that the rooms were all "dated". I contacted corporate customer service, they suggested i resolve it with the same manager. Useless. The area that hotel is in is next to lower level hotels, lots of sketchy characters around. More than once, i saw people parked in their car in the lot,, coming and going. They were definitely not guests at the hotel. Stay away, scummy place, bad service, moldy rooms.
