The good - check in was quick, front desk was friendly, they even hand out cookies as a welcome gift. Room was generally clean. Parking was ample. Not so good - reservation was made for 3 people, only one washcloth provided The bad - you can hear train passing by at 4am and then every hour or so. If you are a light sleeper, then I don’t recommend this location.

The property has very tiny bathrooms in the room. The bathroom door creak like in a horror movie. On a 3 night stay they never came to clean the room once. When I inquired they told me we didn’t stay long enough but did look at the actual book to verify if the room should have been cleaned when I complained. They also failed to mention that the room they gave us backed on to a service area .. so early morning wake up to back up beeping and the sound of carts going by the room. It was not the experience I expected in this brand hotel. May detour me from these properties moving forward.

Comfortable and clean!
Great location to visit Kingston! Close to some quick meals, gas, grocery and a pharmacy. Only 10 min from downtown, so you can refresh between sight seeing and dinner. Front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if visiting the area.
