Spring Creek Lake House is a "Beachy" home two blocks from the lake providing great access to boating, swimming and any other lake activity you may want to do. It is located in the community of Sanders Island View and is a short walk to the water’s edge where you will find a sandy beach, a boat ramp and a dock. Standing there on the beach you can view two of Lake Texoma’s island - a popular place for boater.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath (and loft the 4th bedroom) three story lake house sleeps 12 people confortably. There is a loft with bunk beds/trundle for the kids, 3 bedrooms with 1 King bed and 2 queen beds, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is also 2 full bathroom with tubs and shower combination. A full kitchen with all the amenities - Enjoy your coffee in the morning on the west deck where you can spot wildlife in the neighboring trees and in the afternoon lounge on the large east deck where there is plenty of shade and room to relax to watch the activity on the lake.
Located on a corner ½ acres lot, a circle drive gives you plenty of parking and room to maneuver a trailer. The outdoor space has a fenced yard and a gas grill for your outdoor cooking. The bottom level also has a 10x8 Safe Room for those occasional Oklahoma storms!

Perfect place for Family stay
We recently stayed at a fantastic vacation rental with a group of six adults and four children. We were pleasantly surprised to find that even the youngest members of our group, a two-year-old and a four-year-old, were thoroughly entertained with the variety of playing stuff available at the property. This was a major plus for the parents, as it allowed them to relax knowing their children were happy and occupied. One of the highlights of our stay was the kitchen in the rental. It was the perfect fit for our group, as it was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to prepare meals for a large number of people. We enjoyed the convenience of having a fully functional kitchen, allowing us to cook and dine together without any hassle. It truly enhanced our overall experience and made us feel at home. The property itself was incredibly charming and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. We instantly fell in love with the place and felt a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout our stay. The owners had taken great care to ensure that everything was in excellent condition and provided all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We cannot emphasize enough how much we loved our time there. The combination of a fun-filled environment for the children and a well-equipped kitchen made it an ideal vacation rental for our group. Sandy’s “Yellow House” is a big hit with our family. This was our third stay. We wouldn’t choose any other house for our Lake Texoma getaways! And the Sanders Island View neighborhood is a great area.

We were a party of 12, 3 couples and 6 children. There was plenty of room for everyone. No one felt crowded! The house was a nice distance from the dock and a nice spot to swim. We would definitely stay again.

We used it mainly as a place to sleep, but as far as Im concerned, it exceeded my expectations! I wish I had my extended family come over for meals there as it was better equipped to handle a dozen family dinner guests easily. It is in a nice location surrounded by nice homes with the lake close by. I will request this rental if I make it back next year.

Best family vacation ever
This was our first time renting a house. We always stay in hotels. We wanted to do something completely different this year for our family vacation. And thought a weekend at the lake would be incredible. This listing just seem to be perfect for everything we were looking for. And it was. The communication between the host was so simple, and the response was so fast. The property itself was absolutely amazing and beautiful. There were all types of games to play as a family outside inside and for all ages. Everything in the house was immaculate and in great working condition. It was literally less than a 2-minute drive onto a Sandy beach. The host had a list of rental options for the lake, food places to eat, anything at all that you needed from that area including emergency services. This was absolutely the best family vacation yet. We will definitely be looking into it next year we had so much fun everything just fell into place the host were great the location was perfect everything about the location was perfect. I just can't express enough how happy we were with this property
