Our reserved room was not available when we arrived. Suggested we take another room - not acceptable - location directly in front of parking area.. Reception clerk was not pleased (rude). with our refusal as we wanted the room we had booked. Finally got our room after about an hours wait as the room had not been cleaned .

Nice stay. Pool and hot tub was a highlight for the family. The breakfast buffet had a nice range of hot and common breakfast items. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. TV lacked in channel options but we didn’t spend much time on the TV so not a big deal for us.

Property was great, clean, and super close to the highway. I was surprised about the parking fee that I was informed off at the desk. It wasnt a huge fee but I just dont recall seeing it when I was making the reservation. Also, the pancake/waffle machine wasnt working which was a huge bummer as one of my kids will only eat those for breakfast so options were more limited. But overall our stay was lovely!

Very close to Fort Henry and Kingston Pen for visitors and all restaurants and gas stations but our room faced the highway which made it noisy at times in the room overall good hotel

Compare with the branch of Ottawa, the most important thing was safety! And we arrived sooner than checked in and receptionist let us in very politely. Some other things a little bit different but fair enough.
