This property / hotel is a REALLY beautifully designed structure, great rooms, great dining facilities, great workout room, etc. Really beautiful. The staff 'says" all the right things but I had a few things over a 3 day stay, just minor requests, etc. Absolutely NO follow up or execution, just saying and texting all the right things. This was a great location for business in Kingston, which I had, but if you are not familiar with Kingston (and this area) it's not at all family friendly, especially as sundown gets close.

Fairly new hotel in the Kingston area. Loved everything. Room was kind of dark but itā€™s all apart of the ā€œambianceā€ as they call it, of the hotel. Modern amenities good food.
