Had to call front desk at 3am to let them know about excessive noise in hallway. People yelling, running slamming doors When we stayed a different time two weeks before the soap dispenser fell off the wall into the tub and the baseboard on one wall wasn't even attached. And not in against the wall. The air conditioning was on and the room was freezing when we entered. We had to go out for awhile until the room warmed up.

The people were wonderful. The parking was covered and felt secure. There was a bare wire in the room. The shower had mold on the tile and no soap. The curtain had melted to the plastic blackout liner and did not cover the entire window, thus shining sun across the head of both beds very early.

The Management and Staff are very helpful. When there was an issue they fixed it right away. It is very clean. The cleaning crew are very hard workers. The breakfast was very good. The Inn is in close travel distance to everything. This is the second tike we have stayed here. We would stay there again the next time we come to Sault Saint Marie Ontario. ♥️ Everyone is so friendly at Days Inn and Suites. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Staff was incredibly nice, however the hotel was extremely dirty. First of all, the linen on the bed was too small and had stains all over it. My husband and I didn’t even go under the covers to be safe… Second, the robes were also old and stained all over. Some looked like blood stains… The towels also had stains, good thing we brought our personal towels. All the linen had such a weird smell, like they weren’t getting washed properly. The shower head was extremely dirty and I had to wipe it before using it, the shower curtain was ‘old’ and had clear bandaids covering any holes… the jets in the tub were extremely dirty also. There was still brown/white hair stuck to the walls of the shower also.. The elevator smelled like old oil/gas for a car.. We were only staying here for one night as we were just passing through. I definitely would not stay here again based on the facility and cleanliness. However the staff was extremely nice

Room was hot. AC not working. Controls on unit had no effect on room temp. Ther.ostat set to 15 but thermometer indicated the room temp was 25. Ele trical car charging was a bust . O ly level 1 ) household receptacke at 129 volts. Virtually useless.

The hotel was fine fir tge price, however after the first night, my back went out due to the bed. The mattress was so terrible that it ruined my back, after the 2nd night i knew i needed a chiropractor. Not good to be a hotel and cheap out on the mattresses. A week before i stayed at the Quatro hotel in the Soo and i had a perfect sleep for both nights. Days inn has to improve their beds.
