The open plan kitchen/dining area with a log burning stove and the vibrant sunroom is an ideal space for friends or families to gather together. The large garden is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun while children and pets can play in an enclosed garden. Only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk into the historic town centre of Kinross, the heart of Scotland. The location is ideal for travelling to Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh with a superb bus link if wish to leave the car. The M90 is a 5 minute drive.
