Was not notified during booking that there would be a scheduled power outage at the hotel during our 1-night stay. Vagrant hanging by the front door when we arrived asking for charity. Staff was poor. Front desk at check in was having issues with keys with another couple. They dismissed the other couple and when I asked if there was an issue with the keys, the attendant's response was, "Those people are just being difficult.". Turns out there were key issues because when we were sleeping in the middle of the night, 2 people unlocked and tried to enter our room with Hilton keys. Luckily we awoke and sent them away without issue, but it was alarming. At breakfast on 11/23. the manager was arguing with an employee on the restaurant floor about cup placement. Both raised their voices during the disagreement. It was awkward. Room was not very clean. Closet door has hanging crooked and broken. General maintenance was poor. Toilet paper holder was loose, crooked and ready to fall off the wall. Caulking around everything in the bathroom was unsightly.

The hotel is good but the check in was incredible slow because of the marathon and other events, and staff were making errors. The marathon is literally on the street the hotel is hotel yet the staff couldn’t tell me where it was.

Amazing hotel!
Absolutely loved this hotel! Easy check in and check out, clean, comfortable, great location and exceptional views. Will definitely be back! The only thing I could say negative is that we paid extra for breakfast and even though it was in warmers it wasn't hot. But again, the hotel was fabulous! Already talking about going back when the weather is nice to walk around...looks like there was some cool stuff to explore by the water.

Had to ask for extra pillows 2days in a row because the first they they never showed up. AC vents were not cleaned. Came back from the day out the the products we left on the night stand hand dust markings around them

Surprising lack of basic amenities for one of the most expensive hotels in the area - no hand towels, soap or shampoo bottles, no alarm clock, not even a waste paper basket in the bathroom!

Very kind and accommodating. I parked about half a block down the street at the Waterfront Park Lot for 20$ a day.

Got in around 7 am and figured I would not be able to get my room early . The staff at the front desk not only got me a room but they got me a room on the 20th floor river view !! And a free meal voucher . I forgot his name but he was more than friendly , very welcoming to the city and gave me some recommendations on where to eat . Exceptional service !! Attached is the view of sunrise when I walked in to the room .

Rooms are nice and clean, beds are very comfortable The rooms was pretty good didn't like the bathroom door the way with me but other than that it stay was good
