Our room wasn't ready at 3pm. check in time. Same thing happened last year. The Continental breakfast was just PKG danish, muffins, bagels, English muffins cereal, milk, coffees & juice.The toaster oven didn't work .No fresh fruit or yogurt etc. also, due to mechanical issues a sign said The pool was closed.

This motel is old and outdated. Our room was on the second floor and while it was clean, it showed a lot of wear. The prices were high, especially during the busy season in the area. The bathroom fan was noisy and ineffective, and there was a bit of mold in the refrigerator/freezer. Despite the pictures online, the reality of the rooms was a bit deceiving. Additionally, the pool was closed during our two-day stay, and we're not sure if it's ever open. Although the second-floor rooms allowed us to hear all the noise from the first-floor doors slamming, the place was passable if you're willing to overlook the age and wear of the rooms and halls. Tip: bring your own pillows. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

I was appalled by the conditions of the room. The lights didn't work on the nightstands. The carpet was grungy and filthy. The whole room reeked of cigarette smoke! The manager came and sprayed a half a can of Glade to freshen it which lasted about five minutes. This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed in my life. I probably won't book with Expedia again because of this experience I stayed only one night and moved down the street for my second night at the Hampton Inn.

We stayed about 15mins out of the 2 nights. When you walked in, it looked like a dungeon. Smell was putrid from the entrance and up into the room. The whole place smells like mold/mildew.. just foul. Outlets didn’t work. Ceiling was brown and falling through. Baseboards to the carpets were old and dingy, along with rips. Bottom of the pool was filthy, you could see some of the blue from the floor of it to know it shouldn’t be all brown/green. I am absolutely appalled at the photos that they advertised with. The fact that hotels.com promotes them. I’m disgusted that you don’t even unpack your bags and they say “sorry no refunds.” What a crook!!! I was so upset of the vacation being ruined I didn’t have time to take photos, but I certainly wish I did. I never leave poor reviews, this place needs to be shut down. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

The hotel is very run down and not well kept. The breakfast is a joke. The pool was literally falling apart my daughter was picking pieces out of the bottom. Lose broken tile. The pool should probably be shut down very unsafe. The patio area around the pool is all broken and uneven. The whole place is bad. Not happy ended up canceling our weeks stay after the 1st night. Lost $220 but worth it I guess. Couldn’t have stayed there a week

We only stayed one night, but it was perfect for that. Our 2 bed room was much bigger than a standard hotel room, so I could see it being great for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable, ac works, shower was hot. Room was clean.
