Hotel is fantastic with great staff. My only complaint was that we were charged €15 per day for car parking. Which is excessive when there are other good hotels in the area offering free parking

Great Design Mountain Resort
Unfortunately we only stayed one night at this Hotel. It was a great experience. The Hotel and location is amazing. We also booked massages and were very pleased with the experience. The only thing which was a little set back was the construction that day and that the pool was closed. However, we would definitely return to this Hotel.

Gorgeous Hotel but WHAT A TINY BED!!!!!!
Lovely hotel with very upscale fittings and features - especially the pool and lounge areas. However, the place was deserted and had no atmosphere. We were shocked with the tiny size of the 'king' bed........it was more like a baby prince. Honestly I've never seen a bed so small!!!

Good location and trendy hotel
Hotel Kitzhof deserves its Four stars. We found it a trendy alpine retreat and it is located 5 mins walk from Kitzbuhel centre. We booked a junior suite which was very nice with separate seating area, two TVs and separate WC. We were only there for three nights and it was May so the weather was touch and go, however had we been there for longer in the summer I would have been disappointed by the lack of a balcony. Especially as all the standard rooms seemed to have one. So if you book junior suite make sure it has balcony if you want one!! Also right beneath our room was an outside decked area on which the staff would have a cigarette. This was a bit like rubbing salt in the wounds when we had no outside space! This was really our only complaint. Breakfast was good with plenty to chose from although one day there was less which I think was due to few guests as it was very quiet! Car parking is in the garage for €10 a day.

The Kitzhof gets better and better
Stayed here twice now. New spa is great especially the new infinity pool. Staff charming, bar warm and welcoming and food great. Breakfast is hearty and varied. After with years in Kitzbuehel skiing, this is my favourite hotel.

Ausstattung und Gestaltung der Zimmer, Sauna, Fitnessraum, Lounge, Skiraum sehr gut! Frühstücksbuffet mit allem drum und dran. Garage kostet extra, was in solchen Orten normal ist, allerdings m.E. mit 12,- etwas hoch. Mitarbeiter an Rezeption und Bar können noch dazulernen! Wenig kompetent, bzw. machen zu viele Fehler, auf die man auch noch selbst hinweisen muß. Kein Entgegenkommen oder Entschuldigung. Die Drinks sind zu teuer für deren Qualität.
