Garden doors lead you to the southern wooden terrace overlooking the Hahnenkamm and the 'Streif'. Enjoy a barbecue and the beautiful view. The house is easily accessible by public transport and the promenade takes you straight into the centre of Kitzbühel. Leave the car and enjoy Tyrol!

Cosy restaurants, the fashionable shopping street and the train station are all within walking distance. The Hornbahn ski lifts take you to the popular ski area of Kitzbühel
In summer, Kitzbühel turns into a true hiking paradise! Nordic walkers, hikers, mountain bikers and golfers are frequent guests here
