This was one of the dirtiest Motel 6 stays I’ve ever experienced, but huge shoutout to Chaz at the front desk—he was super helpful and made the nightmare a bit better. We arrived at midnight on a snowy, freezing night, only to find our first room completely uncleaned—no sheets on the bed, trash everywhere. The second room had hair in the bed, a dirty toilet, and a gross fridge. By the time we got to the third room (which was barely acceptable), we’d had to move all our stuff and our cat in the snow. Miserable! The next morning, the new receptionist told us the manager knew about our situation and was upset, but honestly, we deserved a refund. This was beyond frustrating. Thanks again to Chaz for trying his best in a bad situation!

The room was clearly being lived in. I immediately turned around and walked back down to the desk where I was told I could not get a refund despite the fact that I would not be staying at the property.

Toilet seat left up with dried urine on the rim. Room full of flies with dead one by the toilet. Room smelled of smoke, smoke detector had bag over it. I understand nothing is spotless in this world but I feel this room was barely touched or not even cleaned just beds made. Was late night road trip with limited availability. Feel it’s a long term rental facility.

They were horrible and I didn’t even stay there. Your next Expedia. I gave them my confirmation number from my reservation through Expedia and was told they are full and don’t have any rooms. Sorry! I expect a refund. They said Expedia will have to refund.

Got to the front desk after making the reservation and was told they don't have any rooms available. I asked how was that possible and he told me "I'm not saying someone didn't update the website but that's what happened". Not only did I have to find a room at 12am at night but I also got charged anyways for this room...

I stayed the night before and everything seemed fine. I tried booking another night and they declined me. When I asked why, the front desk person said I can't tell you? That's insane. I booked through Orbitz so I called them up as I didn't want to be charged for a room I was not being let into. They wouldn't tell Orbitz why either. Stay away from this place as it's loud, the people are rude, and the rooms are paper thin meaning you can hear everything. Oh yeah, the first room they tried to put me in smelled like dog. They let pets in and you can smell it.

There was hair in the shower and on the beds. Microwave dirty. Dust everywhere. Smelled like dog urine. Garbage under beds. We were upgraded because the other rooms were booked. Couldn't switch rooms.

Check in was pleasant, however that was the best part of the stay. Room was extremely disappointing. Dirty, Dingy, Run Down, Poor Condition, and paper Thin Walls. I wasn't expecting fancy, just a clean spot to crash while passing through, but this was just bad. I survived, however I won't choose Motel 6 moving forward.

Hotel 6 is mis managed. We booked with Expedia and arrived at 8:30pm and was told by the abrupt front desk staff that they didn’t have a room for us. Something about their system being broken and telling all the booking services that they had rooms available. We had to call Expedia to get things sorted out. We watched 4 other people who had booked be told the exact same thing. Expedia was quite helpful and booked a replacement hotel for us, a more expensive hotel at no extra cost. It did take an hour which was painful.

The room was filthy. The door in the bathroom was rotted from flooding from The poorly designed shower setup. Both beds were worn out. You can feel the springs: floors were filthy. Refrigerator was dirty. The surrounding property was dirty. Clothes thrown about in various places Cigarettes, but it’s laying around. The waste Receptacle in the backyard for dog feces was full. There’s dog feces all over the property. I didn’t want my dog to walk around. It was so disgusting. I seriously wonder how that place stay open.
