The hotel is in the center of the inner circle, so it was convenient. The staff was nice, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was worn and the hallways smelled. The lounge chair in my room was dirty and stained and I asked for a sheet to cover it. For what you pay you would expect better.

Infested with bed bugs when we checked in. No water at all for 1 day. no Hot water at all for the next day. Cleaning service is poor to none Towels were folded and replaced. Not given new towels. Elevator broke down one day with my husband who was stuck inside. Management doesn’t care at all. Beware and stay away from booking this hotel

The hotel was perfect for visiting the old centre with lots to see within walking distance. The only downside was the lack of a restaurant as the chef was ill. We therefore had to spend time walking around to find somewhere to eat on our first night, when we really wanted to rest after the journey.

Had a smell in the room and on informing reception they looked at it immediately. It was a freon gas leak from the fridge and as we had to move rooms we were given an upgrade. Should rooms have freon gas detectors? Staff were excellent and the location is the best in Vienna to see all attractions, go for the tours, go to an opera, the Spanish horse show and many more.

The staff fantastic, lobby and downstairs area was lovely. The room has everything you needed expect an iron and board, it felt slightly dated in the bathroom and had weak water pressure and low shower head. We chose this mostly for location which couldn’t have been better. Close enough to the main attractions via metro or walking yet quiet enough and safe enough at night to come back late.
