Great location
The location was great, reception and bar area were lovely so expected same level of decor for room but it definitely didnt live up to expectations, room was small, old looking, overcrowded with furniture, tv on desk hiding mirror and you would have to sit on the side of the bed less than a metre away from screen to watch, bathroom was decent size. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, staff were friendly. If you are thinking of staying for more than 1 night maybe go for the bigger rooms.

We liked the downtown location from where we walked to King John’s Castle, the Old Quarter and along the River. The surrounding businesses were noisy the first night but better the second night. Breakfast was very good and dinner was good also. Parking was in a nearby facility and we only paid 10Euro. I would stay there again. They gave us the cutest rubber ducks!!

Centrally located, very clean with friendly staff and a great breakfast included in the rate. Only small improvement- we paid extra for an early check-in and the room was not ready when we arrived at 1:30-2:00pm. There seemed to be a communication mishap and staff were unaware. It was corrected within 10 minutes and we had our room, so well done.

Beautiful hotel. Great location.
We greatly enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. The location was idyllic, near the medieval district and King John’s castle. The room was lovely. The restaurant inside of the hotel is beautiful and serves a delicious breakfast. A breakfast table reservation is necessary to avoid waiting in line (even if you have paid in advance). Our only hesitation about the hotel is that our room did not have air conditioning. The fan provided had a timer for two hours, therefore we had to get up in the night to reset the timer. We left our windows open for fresh air, but it was quite loud as businesses opened in the morning.

Not a 4 Star Hotel for Comfort!!
Reception is on first floor. There is no sign on the ground floor to unload luggage. Reception check in is clueless that our son checked in while we parked the car. The room was boiling hot and noisy. When we called reception, all they could offer was a fan. Breakfast was good. But for comfort 1 star!!

Beautiful hotel in downtown
The staff was all amazing. The food and drinks at the restaurant were great. We really appreciated the luggage storage. The family hotel room worked great for us.
