I did take one of the last rooms that day so i won't drop the rating much. My only complaint is that the heater in my room took about 5 hours to get the temperature up when it was very cold to start. I was out in the cold for a few hours waiting for a tow truck before I got the room so it was difficult. However, it did finally warm the room up, abs the blankets were able to keep me ok until it did. Everything else was fine.

Clean but need work.
While the motel is clean, it is old and several things broken in the room. Bathroom is extremely tiny and needs updated. Pictures are deceiving!! Breakfast was 2 kids of cereal, stale granola bars, muffins and typical drinks. Outdoor entrance with some sketchy people staying there and noisy at night. Couldn’t get comfortable temperature in the room. Definitely not for a family. Staff was very courteous. Just felt uneasy the whole time I was there.

The front desk was advertised as 24hr open. We were not prepared for the check in to be confusing, despondent and the language barrier or judgemental attitude of the clerk to be difficult as it was. I repeatedly said I Iwould pay a deposit but the clerk refused me the prepaid room to me. This left us, myself a disabled gma with 4 autoimmune and entirely herniated spine as well as, my 5 yo grandson without lodging at 12:45 am. We could have driven to our final destination in Chattanooga or find a room last minute in the middle of the night. We were extremely upset by this experience, our first using Expedia. And saddened that ultimately I paid over double planned budget for that nights lodging. Without the help of Expedia.

Well I booked for 3 nights, was not aware that a deposit was needing to be paid which was fine I understand why deposits are important, however when I booked my trip I was told my amount would be one thing and when I got to the hotel it was 22 dollars more then the deposit. I only had what I was under the impression of needing. The lady behind the counter was nice but when my card declined her tone changed. I told her I only had so much and I couldn’t afford it. Not once did she tell me I needed to call the booking agency and cancel the hotel charged me 195 dollars for a stay I didn’t get to take. I have tried reaching out and asking them to please this one time don’t charge me bc it’s all the money I had but no response.
