It was disgusting. Mold everywhere in the room.. stains on sheets and towels. Which we did NOT use or sleep on. Huge crack in the door where cold air poured in. Absolutely gross. Stay clear. I will never go back again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was in very poor condition. Room has cobwebs in ceiling in corner by door. Floor was dirty. Trash cans around building were routinely overflowing, cigarette butts in several locations. On first walk to our room (upstairs), rough group of guys sitting on stairs drinking beer, cussing, smoking. Light switch in room non-operational, known to turn on lamp missing. Hair on bathroom floor in corners upon first arrival. Shower was very nice though.

I booked this room on the wrong day. I canceled it on the very next day. I still have yet to receive my refund for the room. I called quality Inn about my refund and I was called dumb by the person who works there. I will never use Expedia again and I definitely won’t ever book a quality in.
