The bed my kids were going to sleep in smelled like someone just used the bathroom on it and the sheets had blood on the comforter in the room they tried to switch us too. House keeping is not doing a good job with making sure the rooms and sheets, and beds are clean enough for guest.

I love the fact that this hotel doesnt require a deposit or pet fee. Its clean and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Check in time is excellent as well as the check out time. This is my forever go to when traveling to knoxville as the location is great and the hotel gets 10 starts from me.

Made a reservation for 2 rooms. Checked in and they were on separate floors. Said I didn't request them together, they were on the same reservation!!!! Two story building but no elevator. Luggage carts are no good on stairs. Room next door checked around midnight and decided they all needed showers, that's fine, except when they turned on their shower it sounded like someone was cutting a hole in the wall with a saw. Tried to call front desk but the phone in the room didn't work. Had to use my cell to call the front desk.DO NOT STAY HERE.

Unfortunate, because it’s a decent place
The hotel was fine, the room was fine. The air conditioner was very loud. The one major issue was the obvious use of marijuana near the front desk. There was strong odor in the lobby. We even were smelling it in our room. The hotel was supposed to be smoke free, maybe it’s just a sign of the times or a you get what you pay for situation, but I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
