Part of the Koh Chang archipelago, Koh Kood is one of Thailand's most peaceful islands and perfect for travelling couples. With white sand beaches and a mountainous interior, the island boasts plenty of natural beauty but unlike plenty of other Thai islands tourism is still on a relatively small scale. This allows you to enjoy your Koh Kood resort without the intruding noise of backpacker partying or loud late nights.

If you're looking for a simple holiday without distractions, a holiday that allows you to escape modern life then look no further. Highlights of Koh Kood include swimming, enjoying the sun, listening to nature, reading your book and taking it easy. Klong Chao is the main beach but if you want to discover the very nicest beaches, perhaps some of the best in the country, head to the remote Ao Jark and Ao Prao.
