Convenient location and great customer service. The washing machine and dryer was conveniently located next to the onsen. Yes, the onsen located in the hotel was great to soak in after a long day. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The staff are super nice and even the parking staff always wear smiles. There’s humidifier offered in the front desk but you need to request. The parking is 1000yen per night. The hot spring is good n nice with free ice lolly. A great property as it also offers kid’s pack.

ドーミーインの天然温泉に入り、夜鳴き蕎麦を食べたいと思い4日間宿泊を決めましたが、夜9時半から食べれる夜鳴き蕎麦の時間が遅すぎて一回も食べれなかったのがとても残念でした。天然温泉は良かったです。 甲府駅から結構歩き、ホテル前に歩道橋がありスーツケースを持っての歩道橋は無理で自転車用歩道があり、回りを注意しながら渡りました。ホテル目前の歩道橋はちょっと考えてしまいますね。

Good, clean, and friendly hotel
A very clean hotel with on site mechanical parking garage. They have English speaking staff and they are all very friendly. They have an onsen at the top floor, though I did not use it, but it seemed popular. Onsite parking was 1,000 yen, but there seemed to be a lot of surface parking lots nearby that may be a little less.

A better business hotel
I only stayed for a night but it was a good stay all things considered. The onsen and sauna on the top floor were the highlights. Service was as expected for a Japanese hotel. The only issue I had was that my room felt quiet dry and there was no moisturizer provided.
