This is the best hotel that i have stayed during recent Japan Trip. Clean and tidy, enjoyed the skyroof tour and spectacular. Fuji view. Onsen is among one of the best hotel facilities. There's free shuttle to Kawaguchiko station during normal time, if you plan to leave early, need to walk 1.3km to nearest bus stop or Fuji Q Highland train station .

The highlights of this hotel are its prime location and the attentive staff in the breakfast area. The dining staff are delightful and even offer to help take family photos with Mt. Fuji in the background if they see you with a camera. The hotel boasts stunning views of Mt. Fuji—imagine waking up and enjoying breakfast with such a breathtaking backdrop! Another perk is its proximity to Fuji-Q Highland amusement park—it’s literally next door, with a convenient underground passage connecting the two. The hotel also features an onsen, adding a relaxing touch to your stay. There's is a 7-11 close by. For transportation, the bus stop just steps away is incredibly convenient. It provides access to Mishima Station in under an hour (with pre-booking), which is especially helpful if, like us, you didn’t arrange a private transfer to catch the Shinkansen to Kyoto. However, the check-in staff left much to be desired. They were curt and unhelpful, telling us they couldn't arrange a shuttle, taxi, or private car to Mishima Station. Worse, they didn’t even inform us about the nearby bus stop and its routes—we had to find that information ourselves. While the location, amenities, and breakfast staff are great, the poor hospitality at the front desk detracts from the experience, which is why I’m giving this hotel three stars.

The facilities are great, breakfast is yummy. Staffs are really helpful, when the shuttle are all booked out, taught me how to book train through local websites.

Amzing property with fantastic views of Mt Fuji - make sure you book this side of the hitel, you wont be disappointed. Also, one of the best showers I've seen in a hotel room - now I want one for home :)

This is an amazing place to stay in and around Mt Fuji, we had the best view straight from our hotel window! The room was extremely clean and was very comfortable to stay in. There is the FujiQ Highland park right next door and a train station nearby to take you into Lake Kawaguchiko where there are great dining options and a beautiful lake to look at, I would definitely stay here again!

I report the front desk staff that my room AC did not work when I check out. He did not say anything and no response at all. He just asked me to sign the credit card payment. this is very rude and a bad service happening in such a high-end hotel.
