A lovely authentic hotel. Spotlessly clean. All rooms are spacious and bathrooms modern with an excellent shower. Staff are so friendly especially Tam who loves all her ‘mamma’ and ‘papa’s’ and looks after you so well. Definitely returning. Excellent location. This hotel is great for a beach vacation . Located right at the best part of chaweng beach . Far enough from the noise and hustle of chaweng , while close enough to walk there ( about 10 min) . Close to the central mall . This is not a big fancy resort, very clean well run smaller resort. Probably the best option in chaweng if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacatiin

We had great time at Baan Samui! The hotel is perfectly located on the nice and quiet part of the beach. Rooms are very clean, there is enough space in the room and overall very nice and cozy. Stuff is just amaizing, always very friendly and polite! Pool is also nice, clean and big enough.
