The best place to stay in Kolobrzeg, no doubt!!
We stayed in a nice apartment on 3rd floor. It was very spacious and well equipped. Staff very helpful (especially at the restaurant and cleaners - lovely people). I strongly believe it's the best place to stay in Kolobrzeg. I'm definitely coming back next year with friends from London. The only negative thing is limited and expensive underground car park (40zl per day), but there's a big (and cheap) car park opposite the hotel. The hotel is popular among elderly Germans, so don't expect lively music in Sand Club, but you can always go to nice club in Aquarius Hotel, which is nearby (same street).

Großzügige Zimmer (Maisonette). Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ok. Der Pool Bereich (9-21 Uhr mit Mittagspause) mit zwei Saunen ist gerade für die kalte Jahreszeit optimal. Das Personal am Empfang & im Spa war Top. Das Frühstückspersonal & auch die Bademeister wirkten eher gestresst und unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und für alles war etwas dabei. Abendessen ist z. B. in Buffetform möglich für ca. 25 EUR. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand, in guten 10 Minuten an der Seebrücke und in gut 15 Minuten am Kolberger Dom!

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, Frühstück ist hervorragend. Der Service ist gut bis sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Rezeption, oder auch der Room Service. was uns auffällt: der Service im Frühstück oder Barbereich ist gut, denn dennoch haben wir zeitweise den Eindruck, dass es den Mitarbeitern nicht so gut geht. Schauen oft traurig aus. Selten ein Lächeln, irgendwie eben traurig.

Freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber und Lage TOP! Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Nur am Kaffeeautomaten muss man mit Wartezeit rechnen. Der Spa Bereich ist sehr klein und hat uns persönlich nicht gefallen, also für einen Wellnessurlaub nicht empfehlenswert, allerdings aufgrund des Standortes super. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Strand, Promenade, Restaurants etc. Nichtraucherhotel! Trotz des Balkons durften wir nicht rauchen, auch keine E-Zigaretten nur vorm Hotel.

Wir waren einen Tag zu Gast in dem Hotel. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Der Pool hat den Kindern gut gefallen. Es wurde uns problemlos ein Babybett gestellt. Falls wir nochmal nach Kolberg müssen, werden wir dort wieder buchen
