Hotel under renovation which we weren’t aware of. A carpet was laid in front of our room during the stay. No working air conditioning & when we complained (as it had been one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel) we were informed that it had not been turned on yet. In hot late June. The staff member made no attempt to apologise for the situation and was extremely unhelpful. Luckily one of his colleagues did offer some help in the end. The hotel itself was ok, although quite a walk from the main area in Konstanz. The breakfast was good & the hotel was clean but I would not recommend it.

It’s a beautiful nice new hotel. Parking was an issue. Breakfast had its challenges. But overall it’s a beautiful place and I would stay there again.

Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement
Brand New Hotel with Room for Improvement This new hotel boasts beautiful facilities and even includes travel tickets to the city center. However, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. Uncomfortable Temperaturen: The air conditioning system wasn't functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably hot at night. Unwelcoming one Staff: The receptionist guy with spectacles did not acknowledge nor smiles , which felt impersonal in the hospitality industry. Limited In-Room Amenities: There was no kettle for making tea or coffee, and essential items like pans required a 30 euro deposit for use in the studio room. This made it inconvenient to prepare even basic hot beverages. If I book a studio i believe essential amenities as per studio.

Okay, there was a festival the weakend we stayed there, but to pay 160€ for this chamber, that's bold. It was a tiny room called deluxe double bed room. No chair, no table, no real wardrobe!

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Grenze. Ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Leider hat es keine Parkplätze, nur ein grosser kosten pflichtiges Parkhaus.

es ist eine Frechheit, was da los ist kein Personal wo deutsch kann in Deutschland, parkplätze wo 12 euro kosten die nacht , das ist alles abzocke. Armes Deutschland das es soweit gekommen ist. ich werde es nicht weiter empfehlen, sondern es sagen wie es ist und in Zukunft mein Geld da aus geben wo ich mich wohlfühlen kann .

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in diesem fast noch neuen Hotel und sehr zufrieden, was Zimmer, Sauberkeit und das Frühstücksbuffett angehen. Einzig zu bemängeln war der Check In, da beide jungen Herren dort nur Englisch, und auch das nur bedingt, gesprochen und verstanden haben. Das Parkhaus kostet zwar 12€ pro Tag, jedoch ist das Auto dort auch sicher abgestellt. Gleich beim Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, so dass man hervorragend und pünktlich ins Zentrum fahren kann.

Für mich war es eine kleine Enttäuschung, dass die Unterkunft von EXPEDIA unter einem gewissen Preis lief und von mir auch so gebucht wurde und dann im Nachhinein noch alle möglichen Zusatzpreise dazu kamen. Hätte ich all diese Zusatzpreise vorher gewusst, hätte ich mich eventuell für eine Unterkunft in der Altstadt entschieden. Das Frühstück war für mich wunderbar, weil ich gerne Salat ohne Dressing, Gurken und Tomaten und Knäckebrot ohne Hefe zum Frühstück esse und auf Brötchen, Brot, Müsli, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Honig, Nutella, Ei, und so weiter keinen Wert lege, die es aber natürlich trotzdem gab, aber meine vegane Freundin musste ihr Müsli mit heißem Wasser aufgießen, was mittlerweile sehr selten der Fall ist, da die meisten Lokalitäten doch auf vegane Menschen eingestellt sind. Das Hotel selbst hat mir sehr gut gefallen , ein wenig seltsam, dass man erst nachfragen muss nach der Gäste- Karte, aber sonst ist es ein wunderbares Hotel. Wir haben auf der Straße geparkt und das war auch sehr gut. Da das Wetter mitgespielt hat, konnten wir auch gut über den Fluss laufen und hatten auch Lust dazu. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit dort.
