Fantastic Villa!!
Had a great time at this villa. The house was immaculate with fantastic decor and a huge outside terrace split into an outside kitchen and seating area. The pool was much bigger than I thought it would be and was great to cool down in as it was very hot when we visited. The location is ideal for visiting various resorts but there isnā€™t much around the villa, I would recommend a car. The owner Jean-Philippe was very helpful and replied to all communications quickly, his restaurant recommendations were also excellent. I hadnā€™t noticed that the villa doesnā€™t have air conditioning which meant our nights were uncomfortable as it was very hot. Each bedroom had a fan which helped a little but air conditioning would certainly have been a great benefit. Overall we had a fantastic time and would certainly recommend

Amazing Villa!
Amazing and beautiful villa on an amazing island. The villa has everything you could possibly need, it is clean and modern and stylish. The neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed while only being 5 minutes drive from the airport and 30 minutes from Kos town. The host is kind and generous.

Relaxing off-season stay
As a family with a 7 & 11 year old we had a wonderfully relaxing April break at the villa. The pool looks out across the olive trees and the upper terrace has views down to the sea. The villa is well arranged and although stormy weather prevented us using the external living and eating areas, they are elegant with everything required. I enjoyed the lack of Wi-Fi which led to children exploring outside and playing games. We walked to the airport from here to hire a car in 30 minutes however flights are infrequent so the proximity isnā€™t noticeable. We would definitely return in future.

Outstanding experience of slow life with high-end twist
First of all, everything about the property was just as in the description. Beautifully located with a view on green gorge and with a sea-view from the upper terrace. Milky way visible at night with bare eyes. This villa is very well-designed, fitted into the narrow garden, spacious without being too-large. Cozy and tastefully modern at the same time, with a lot of fine art and nice furniture. Also, what is a major advantage for tourist from Central Europe, very miditerranean. The exterior of the house is actually very picturesque and we have amazing vacation photos from the terrace and around the swimming pool (which was another huge advantage). There was no problem with the water, kitchen was very well equiped (dishwasher, a lot of glasses, plates etc, refrigerator with ice-maker and many more). Master bedroom is modern with open bathroom which did not bother us however you need to like the idea. No air conditioning available however we used fans during the nights. Comfortable beds. Nice exterior furniture as well. And the host - Jean-Philippe - was perfect. Very communicative and of perfect hospitality. We contacted and we were asked if we need anything, adviced about car-rental company (which we used gladly) and places to visit. It's been just great 5 days we wished we could stay couple days longer. We surely will tell about this place to our friends and close-ones. Amazing vacation. And all that in the time of Covid-19, for which our host also prepared the house: masks and hand-sanitizers were available for us.

Thank you for a lovely stay.
What a beautiful well kept modern house in such a peaceful location. The pool was large and we used it often to cool down. Communication with Jean-Philippe was perfect, David met us in the village, showed us around and left us to enjoy. The pool was cleaned every day and although there was non we knew if there had been any problem David would have sorted it out for us. Loads of places to eat and all at very reasonable prices. Check out process very easy too and literally ten minute drive to the airport. Thank you for a lovely stay Jean-Philippe!

Lovely property, rural setting, local shop and taverna very friendly
Property is very spacious, lots of outside areas, patios, pool and dinning area. The property is set in a rural area which is lovely and quite. Local shop provides basic ingredients and the local taverna is very friendly and traditional. Local bus available but car needed if you prefer to travel around a lot. Some very pleasant walks in the area if you are interested in the local sites.

Sehr gerƤumiges Ferienhaus mit Pool
Das Ferienhaus ist groƟflƤchig und verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber eine vielseitig nutzbare Terrasse mit sehr schƶnem, privatem Pool und schƶnem Umfeld Die Unterkunft liegt am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse und ist nur wenige Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Besonders hat uns die zentrale Lage gefallen. Mit einem Fahrzeug ist man in 30 - 40 Minuten in jedem Winkel der Insel. Vermisst haben wir eine Klimaanlage, zumindest in den Schlafzimmern. Der FluglƤrm kann stƶrend sein, besonders frĆ¼h am Morgen und auch in der Nacht. TagsĆ¼ber ist er kein Problem. Der Vermieter gibt hilfreiche Tipps und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. In 300 Meter Entfernung gibt es einen kleinen, aber gut sortierten Supermarkt mit Backwaren.

Awesome place - snarky landlord
The place and the pool are great. Spacious, nice surroundings and very complete. The airport around the corner will treat u on your daily mindfulness practice. The landlord though is an inpolite, inhospitable brute and will try to charge your bond for things he didnt have time to do do maintenance on. Which is a lot. Everything you touch breaks off, so bring your creditcard.

Alles wie beschrieben. 3 Kleinigkeiten die man verbessern kann, selbst im September wƤre eine klima in den Schlafzimmern wichtig da die Fliegengitter stellenweise defekt sind wichtig. Perfektes Haus, besonders schƶn die AuƟenkĆ¼che fĆ¼r Abendessen unter den Sternen. Besonders hervorzuheben: Die unvergleichliche Lage, von der Dachterasse sieht man von SĆ¼den bis Norden das Meer inklusive Sonnenuntergang und auf der anderen Seite den Diakos-Berg. Einziges, kleines Manko: Nicht alle Jalousien funktionieren.

Ein Traum Woche in diesem Haus.
Es ist ein sehr schƶnes Haus. Hat alles was man brauch. Sehr ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Einheimischen und purer Natur. Von der Dachterrasse kann man schƶne SonnenuntergƤnge sehen. Die AussenkĆ¼che ist der Hammer. Haben sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Kommen nƤchstes Jahr wieder.

Das Haus war wunderschƶn und fĆ¼r uns 6 Frauen auch komplett ausreichend. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Ausblick war wunderschƶn. WĆ¼rde allerdings jedem empfehlen sich wirklich ein Auto zu mieten, wenn man sich die Insel komplett angucken mag. Das einzige Manko waren die HĆ¼hner vom Nachbarn, die einen manchmal den Schlaf in der Nacht verkĆ¼rzt hat, da sie anscheinend sehr Nachtaktiv sind. Aber nach paar Tagen gewƶhnt man sich daran šŸ˜‰ Ich bzw wir wĆ¼rden jederzeit wieder das Haus mieten.

Haus mit pool in Andimachia
Haus war ok . Schƶner pool der alle drei Tage gereinigt wurde . FĆ¼r die heissen NƤchte wƤre eine Klimaanlage gut gewesen . Wifi hat auch gefehlt . Flugzeuge haben nicht gestƶrt . Ansonsten war es ein schƶner Aufenthalt .

Wunderbare Villa, ein toller Aufenthalt!
Die Villa ist in einem guten Zustand, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ein Angestellter reinigt den Pool tƤglich fĆ¼r 15 Minuten, wenn man die Koordinaten besitzt, findet man das Haus auch super einfach. Sehr zu empfehlen! ABER: Kein Wifi. Das ist dann wohl ab Oktober verfĆ¼gbar.

Balsam fĆ¼r die Seele
Wer auf der Suche, nach purer Erholung ist, macht bei dieser Auswahl (Haus u. Umgebung inklusive) absolut nichts falsch. Man ist von OlivenbƤumen umgeben, genieƟt wundervolle Sonnenunter- und aufgƤnge und braucht zum beliebten Magic Beach mit dem Auto ca. 10-15 min. Ich empfehle hier, sich unbedingt ein Auto zu mieten, da SupermƤrkte etc. ziemlich weitlƤufig sind und die Taxipreise willkĆ¼rlich hoch bestimmt werden. Das Anwesen ist sehr sauber und lƤsst an WĆ¼nschen nichts aus! WĆ¼rde es immer wieder, bei einem Aufenthalt in Kos mieten. Das einige kleine MƤkelchen ist ein fehlender WƤschestƤnder, sonst ist alles da. Vollste Zufriedenheit :)
