Property has hundreds of rooms, so it can get a little busy. Luckily most customers stay at the pool, so the beach is super calm. The beach is amazing and probably the best part. Food options were very good. Staff was super kind. Down side is the restaurant time table and the drinks. The quality of drinks is awful. I understand that it has to be cheap, as the hotel is open bar, but for us it was undrinkable. The UK customers seemed to like it, so it could be an Italian taste. For the same reason, having to finish dinner by nine was particularly difficult for us. Also the queues to the restaurant where ridiculous. I would strongly recommend to put more tables and add shade on the terrace.

We are a family with two kids (4&6 years old.) It was a perfect hotel for families. I strongly recommend here for families. Activities and foods are also very suitable for the kids.

Good location sea over a small road 100 yards from main restaraunt. Very country side location but smaill town with shops 10 min walk or 3 min drive. Bigger town 15 min drive. Resort have all the facilities and shop as well. Great sunsets views every day :) Hotel staff are very good and friendly. Accomodation also was fine. Nice swimming pools for all ages. We all had a lovley time (five of us from 5 yo to 74) and would come back again possibly.

Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Leider hatten wir am 1. Tag ein Problem mit dem Zimmer, da wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten haben, als das, welches wir gebucht und entsprechend erwartet hatten. Nach einem holprigen Start konnten wir jedoch ab dem 2. Tag in das richtige Zimmer umziehen und den Urlaub richtig genießen. Dies erforderte etwas Diskussion mit dem Hotel, jedoch war das Personal durchweg sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich, Da wir durch die Umstände zwei Zimmerkategorien erlebt haben, kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen eines der "besseren" Zimmer zu wählen, da diese einfach moderner wirken und die Qualität des Urlaubs anheben. Beide Zimmer waren jedoch sauber und wirkten gut gepflegt. Für Paare oder Urlauber ohne Kinder können wir auf jeden Fall den Adult Bereich mit Pool empfehlen. Hier kann man gut abschalten. Das Hotel bietet eine Menge Auswahl an Essen und niemand wird dort hungrig. Gechmacklick ist das Essen ok. Wir haben uns auch sehr über das zusätzliche Abendessen im geschmacklich "hochwertigeren" Restaurant (Psyche) gefreut. Einen Punktabzug gibt es für den Strand, da der Bereich des Hotels leider von unzähligen Algen bedeckt war, welche uns leider die Vorfreude aufs Meer genommen haben. Die Abschnitte links und rechts wirkten dagegen deutlich ordentlicher und gepflegter. Auch die Lage der Strandbar ist etwas ungünstig, da diese nicht am Strand sondern draußen am Hotel liegt. Insgesamt war es sehr schön im Hotel und zu empfehlen!

Positiv: Komplette Personal sehr freundlich und durchgehend lächelnd. Zimmergröße, Ausstattung, großes Bett, Kaffee/ Teezubereitung, Kosmetikspiegel. Anlage sehr groß, gepflegt, weitläufig. Mehrere Pools. Nähe zum Strand. Meer sehr klar und weitläufig, Sandstrand und genügend kostenlose Liegen. Sehr große Auswahl bei den Mahlzeiten. Fitnessraum (Laufband, Crosstrainer, Fahrrad und Krafttraining Geräte (alles etwas veraltet). Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Nähe zum Flughafen. Negativ: Housekeeping nur am frühen Morgen. Mussten hinterher telefonieren. Zimmer waren bei Ankunft nicht richtig sauber. Keine Toiletten am Strand, die nächsten im Hotel. Qualität der Mahlzeiten mittelmäßig. Das aller schlimmste: der Geräuschpegel im Hauptrestaurant! Katastrophe! So viele Menschen und vor allen Dingen Kinder! Wer ruhig/entspannt essen möchte sollte dieses Hotel meiden. Würde es eher als Familien-Kinderresort bezeichnen. Wir als Paar dachten, das wird bestimmt nicht so schlimm. Leider falsch. Die Atmosphäre gleicht einer lauten Kantine..Auch sieht man überall Essen und Schmutz auf dem Boden. Man muß auch mit Wartezeit zu Stoßzeiten rechnen. Wir können Paaren dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft, super zuvorkommendes Personal, großes Angebot an Pools und schöner Platz am Meer, sehr reichhaltiges Buffet usw.. Die Unterkunft ist echt sehr empfehlenswert und auch eine Reise mit Kindern wäre dort ein tolles Erlebnis! Ich kann nur gutes über dieses Hotel berichten und würde dort wieder buchen! :)

Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden. Die Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer hätte besser sein können, sonst war sowas alles gut und wir waren zufrieden. Sehr nettes Personal und tolle Anlage.

Das Resort ist wunderschön und punktet besonders mit seiner direkten Strandlage, die eine traumhafte Aussicht und entspannende Atmosphäre bietet. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und das Personal ist größtenteils freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider muss ich sagen, dass das Essen nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprach, insbesondere im Hinblick auf meine Zöliakie. Vor meiner Ankunft wurde mir versichert, dass der Food and Beverage Manager alles erklären würde, was glutenfrei ist. Diese Erfahrung war jedoch enttäuschend. Der Manager erklärte mir die glutenfreien Gerichte sehr kalt und in einem solchen Tempo, dass ich mir unsicher war, ob die Informationen korrekt waren. Zudem musste ich ihn zu jeder Mahlzeit aufsuchen, da es keine klare Kennzeichnung der glutenfreien Gerichte gab. Dies war besonders frustrierend, da mir gesagt wurde, dass Gerichte, die nicht als glutenhaltig gekennzeichnet waren, dennoch Gluten enthalten könnten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Es gab nicht viele glutenfreie Möglichkeiten, und das glutenfreie Brot, das ich täglich anfordern musste, war nicht lecker. Darüber hinaus gab es keine weiteren glutenfreien Kleinigkeiten wie Gebäck, Müsli oder wenigstens einmal glutenfreie Nudeln oder andere Alternativen. Desserts waren besonders problematisch, da es keine glutenfreien Optionen gab. Als Zöliakie-Patientin fühlte ich mich in diesem Resort nicht gut aufgehoben und konnte das Essen nicht genießen.

Reise im Mai 2024 Preis/Leistung ist angemessen. Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und für Familien mit Kinder sehr gut geeinigt. Leider gibt es am Strand keine Getränke. Würde wieder dort buchen und kann es weiter empfehlen,

Sehr schöne Anlage mit gutem, abwechslungsreichen Essen und neu renovierten, großzügigen Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Personal war freundlich und allzeit hilfsbereit. Das All inclusive Angebot sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt . Die Anlage ist gepflegt und nicht überliefen.
