Perfect spot for the Bay of Kotor
Perfect place to stay when visiting the Bay of Kotor. It was only a 5 minute drive from the airport and easy to get to Tivat and The Bay of Kotor, despite the terrible summer time traffic. Beautiful views over the bay and tucked away from busy nearby towns. The hotel was immaculate - so modern. Plenty of sun loungers, music around the pool and drinks could be ordered to the beds. €13 a bottle of Prosecco - so impressed! Breakfast included was OK, enough selection. Rooms were really modern and clean. Only thing to note - the car park is a bit of a nightmare. No marked spaces so people park everywhere. We came out at 6am to leave for the airport and were blocked in. 2 staff on reception came out and spent 20 mins helping us carefully manoeuvre to just about get out of the bay. Staff were so kind and would do anything to assist you, throughout the stay. We will definitely be back!

Nice hotel, within a 5 min transfer to airport
A pretty new hotel. Rooms were great, plenty of space, nice balcony & view across the two pools towards the airport. Also ideally placed for a short run to the airport and a nice restaurant (Cielo) within a 10 min walk. Hotel staff were very welcoming & helpful. Our room had a kitchenette (sink, fridge freezer and small hob) but there were not any cooking utensils, pans nor plates etc so redundant. Pool were very nice, albeit the grounds felt as if they were not quite finished.

Fabulous property with great panoramic views over the sea and bay. The approach road from/to Kotor is very narrow, very steep, and single track in most places but oddly busy so passing isnt simple. Once you arrive though the hotel is a delight

The property itself was decent but the food they offer for breakfast and anything else in the restaurant is beyond mediocre. It’s the worst offering I have ever seen, even the juice will be warm, the fruits are warm, the food itself undercooked. It was the WORST, I don’t even know how to express it.

I booked this hotel based on excelent reviews, however my experience was not even good. I booked a king suite, but when we arrived at the hotel they took us to a basic room with sofa bed. When I said that this is not the room I paid for, the lady from the reception just said "I know, the room you have booked is not available. It has been double booked". So they tried to put us in much cheaper room, and that did not suceed. Then they upgarded the room to a double bedroom suite. And there it began...it took a while to get it unlocked, the room was not in good condition - several wholes in the walls, fillers on the walls in different places, dirty fingerprints on the balcony glass door, no towels or bath matt, and NO WIFI and TVs did not work. I did not expect to arrive to this. When I adressed the issues at the reception, the receptionists were quite rude. They gave us two big bath towels after 4 hours after check in, no robs, no bath matt. The shower door was hanging half way attached to the frame. Next day I spoke to the hotel manager, her answers were shocking - that nothing is perfect in life, life is full with problems, but she will ask tecnicians to check the wifi issues. No apologies, nothing. They offered us to downgrade the room which in my view was not acceptable. We stayed two nights with no interent or TVs we could watch. The only nice staff was a cleaning lady who at least was bothered to help out with some stuff. 2. Both pools are nice, breakfest quite basic.

The hotel was excellent except that it lacked a proper restaurant and the available menu was very limited apart from the breakfast which was good. Perhaps the menu would have been more extensive if we had gone in high season. The place is quite isolated with no bars or restaurants within walking distance, a hire car is essential. Overall a great place.

The property is clean, the bedding towels are new. Pool is huge. They have an amazing staff. Very accommodating. Seyed or Seyec was very generous of his time in driving us to the airport twice. Got off on the wrong footing. The family suite booked had been given to another family. Offered two adjouning rooms. No alternative. After that hotel good and staff friendly. Breakfast really good. Pool excellent. Short drive to local towns but ok with that. Very clean hotel.

Pent på utsiden, uerfaren drift.
Det var mye surr når vi kom til innsjekk. Det var frem og tilbake om rommet var klart. Den første gangen de sa rommet var klart hadde ikke renholdere vært der når vi låste oss inn. Vi fikk dermed et nytt rom. Det nye rommet var «rengjort» men ingen god jobb her heller. Jeg klagde på dette og ba om bedring. Etter at renholder angivelig skulle ha vært der var det ikke blitt noe bedre. Vi måtte bare forholde oss til dårlig rengjøring og vaske doen selv med en knekt dobørste som de brukte 3 dager på å få byttet. Her jobber det mange som trolig ikke har drevet lenge i bransjen. Derimot var det veldig pent på utsiden av hotellet med flotte uteområder og fine bassenger. Fantastisk utsikt fra rommene. Et par av de ansatte var veldig behjelpelig etter at det ble så mye surr de første dagene. Leiebil er en fordel på dette hotellet med tanke på avstander og veiforhold.

Nyt hotel med god beliggenhed.
Nyt hotel med god beliggenhed til besøg i Kotor og Tivat. Fint poolområde. Mangler lidt styring af servicen i restaurenten ligesom der ofte mangler håndklæder ved poolen. Personalet er dog altid smilende og imødekommende.
