Luxury chalet in cozy village with many restaurants and hiking opportunities.

The chalet, built in 2007, is half of a semi-detached chalet and is divided between a ground floor and first floor. The chalet has 6 fixed sleeping places.

The garden and the balcony are oriented to the south and therefore have sun all day. The garden has a (heated) covered terrace with a fireplace, where you can enjoy the surroundings until the wee hours!

The house is under the supervision of the Dutch caretaker Frans Knoop. Frans lives with his family in Kotschach-Mauthen. He takes care of the key delivery and collection for us. Tourist tax return and electricity meter reading. French is the most valuable for our guests. He knows the area, the restaurants, the attractions and where necessary doctors. French is your regular point of contact for all your questions during your stay!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung und sehr nette Vermieter
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Nicht nur die Ferienwohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben, auch die Verbindung zum nächst größeren Skigebiet war problemlos. Es war ein ruhiger und erholsamer Urlaub. Wünschenswert wären lediglich noch Handtücher im Bad und in der Küche, sowie Putzlappen und Spülmittel. Das Meiste haben wir dann auf Anfrage von dem sehr freundlichen Hausmeister Frans erhalten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus; Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Personen zum Ski-Fahren in Kötschach. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich, komfortabel und umfassend ausgestattet. Die Übergabe klappte problemlos. Der Holzofen sorgte für wohlige Wärme. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung. Es herrschte dort absolute Stille und man wurde nicht gestört. Ein überdachter Pkw-Stellplatz ist vorhanden. Der Ort Kötschach hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Sauna im Hallenbad (Aquanarium) gefällt. Auch das Ski-Fahren in Kötschach machte viel Spaß. Wenn auch nicht so groß, hat man dort sehr gute Bedingungen zum Ski-Fahren. Sehr gut geeignet für Anfänger und Kinder, da nicht so überfüllt wie Nassfeld. Unbedingt die Ödenhütte besuchen! Hausgemachte Speisen zum fairen Preis und nette Wirtsleute. Die Geschäfte im Ort und die Gaststätten erreicht man schnell zu Fuß. Bis zum Ski-Gebiet Nassfeld ist man mit dem Pkw ca. 30 Minuten unterwegs. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in diesem super Ferienhaus. Vielen Dank Familie Willemse! PS: Entgegen der Beschreibung war kein Haartrockner/Fön vorhanden.

Wat hebben wij 2 heerlijke weken gehad! De ene dag viel er sneeuw in overvloed en de dag daarbij was het alleen maar blauwe lucht! War is het daar dan genieten! En wat is de woning gezellig en compleet. We komen hier zeker weer terug!!!

Een prachtige woning in een schitterende omgeving. Er zijn zoveel leuke dingen te doen in de omgeving. En wat een leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand. Een mooi zwembad voor de kids met binnen en buitenbad. Bakkertje op de hoek en zelfs een Lidl in het dorp. We komen hier zeker terug!

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist recht zentral in Kötschach, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Nachts hört man wirklich gar nichts. Der Bäcker ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren mit Hund dort und man ist vom Haus aus schnell am Ortsrand für einen Gassigang. Wir waren im Winter dort (ab Silvester eine Woche). Leider war kein Schnee, was wohl eher ungewöhnlich zu der Jahreszeit ist. Die Piste im Ort war beschneit. Für Ski-Verrückte ist das Skigebiet natürlich winzig. Dann sollte man wohl eher nach Nassfeld fahren, mit dem Auto ist man dort in Minuten. Was uns im Ort gefehlt hat, war eine schöne Einkehrmöglichkeit an der Piste. An der Lifttalstation ist ein Imbiss mit einem Angebot einer Frittenbude. Die Odenhütte am Berg ist gemütlich, die Wirte sind engagiert und gastfreundlich, aber wenn kein Schnee liegt, ist sie nur zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. Dort gibt es auch die vielgepriesene lokale Küche, die wir ansonsten im Ort nicht wirklich vorgefunden haben (wir waren aber auch nicht in jedem Restaurant, weil wir viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht haben). Apropos Ausflüge, wir waren: - zum Shoppen in Lienz - am Weissensee, wirklich toll, der zugefrorene Seeteil, wo man Schlittschuhlaufen kann (sogar Pferdekutschen fahren über den See) - in Italien am Meer (der schöne Ort Grado ist in gut 2 Stunden über den Plöckenpass erreichbar, der Pass hat allerdings viele enge Kurven, bei Schnee wäre mir das glaube ich zu gefährlich - da war es dann mal ein Vorteil, dass kein Schnee lag;-)) und dann war die Woche auch schon wieder rum.

Wat een heerlijke vakantiewoning! Erg smaakvol ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken in een prachtige omgeving! Supernetjes en schoon en erg vriendelijke eigenaar en een erg behulpzame Nederlands sprekende huismeester. Nederlandse satelliet TV en voor ons het hoogtepunt: een overkapping achter in de tuin met terrasverwarming en een BBQ/terrashaard ernaast.
