Hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. Lived that the hotel provides nice bus shuttle service to and from the airport, Aeon Mall, Narita train station.

Nice hotel, comfortable & clean. Shuttle from and to the airport was a plus. Disappointed about the pool, you had to pay 1600yen to access and was only opened from 14-22pm.

The internet service is poor at best. Constantly being kicked off the WiFi and very, very slow load times. If you are planning to work remotely from a laptop this is problematic.
