For what we paid this resort definitely didn't meet our expectations. The room we had book wasn't what we expected. It was advertised as a grand pool room and we had no view of the pool. Its very quiet place. No vibe so definitely more suited for those who want to relax and read.

Pros: Staff kindness and efficiency in check in and check out, great breakfast included, property location was on beach with rooms not requiring crossing a street. Beach accessible right from property. Nice swim up bar, many loungers and table to enjoy views from. We were given complimentary upgrade which was very nice.

Hotel needs to be updated does not look pretty like the photos. My shower had old cigarette buds in it, mold in the ceiling.Also if ur sensitive to mosquitoes do NOT stay here, we got eaten alive in our room while sleeping.Bar staff didn’t seem to care to engage with guest. Gym was infested with dust and bugs. Honestly only good thing was front desk was nice and hotel was in a great Location, oh and had decent breakfast but go early or the food is stale and cold.

This is a really really great hotel. Spotlessly clean - big thank you girls for the housekeeping! Set just off the main strip but very quiet, beautifully landscaped and right on its own private beach. The accommodation is wonderful, the Plunge Pool villas with sun loungers and chairs for relaxing with a few beers after a hard day island hopping from one of the nearby longboats ….,fantastic! Staff so helpful and courteous give such a welcome Can’t wait to return! Big thank you to everyone

For the cost of the deluxe garden room, comparatively you can get a better hotel nearby. It’s a walk to the front of the hotel to the Main Street, so not advisable to the ones who can’t walk far. Our room smelled like mildew, the shower head fell off and the water from the shower leaks past the shower onto the bathroom floor so the entire area is wet. Had to call 3 times for them to get the double bed which is our twin beds placed together. They also took a while to get us our lock for the safe because they couldn’t find the key, which burned some of our morning time (I also had to call them twice). They also didn’t tell us the amenities that came with the price, just that I didn’t buy breakfast. I understand that they’re going to prioritize the people who bought the villas and upgrades but that’s why $100 a night isn’t worth it here when there’s other hotels that charge less for the same thing. It was clean and the workers work hard and are really nice otherwise.

It’s an ideal location, true to its beach front location description with nice landscaping…but that’s it. The front desk clerk was kind to offer us free upgrades by giving us a one bedroom villa when we booked a standard double bed room. Unfortunately upon entering the villa it was very visible the pool is being neglected for a while. And there is no two beds to sleep for three of us. We had to go back and ask for accommodation with two beds again. They send us to standard room with one bed … then later give us a roll away bed. There were noodles in the balcony floor, rustic bathrooms and broken shower handles… on top of the facilities challenges, the employee who help us with luggage got frustrated as we were obviously not being very patient with the room. I understand it’s not his responsibility to give us a room that’s not aligned to our booking. However he used screaming and yelling at us with F***you. In the middle of the night I can hear people screaming and yelling at each other in the pool area… and heard a guest complain to front desk they asked for security assistance but didn’t get any… in short, changed our plans to stay there from 5 nights to 3 upon checking in… then 1 night after the rude luggage assistant's. It’s unacceptable as many places we travelled at Thailand had nothing but warm kind hotel staff.

We had a beachfront and a grand luxury. The area is quiet, safe, and shops and food across the street. Walk to the beach and long tails and restaurants also accessible. Room is clean. We had some friendly frog visitors and a monkey on the roof. Breakfast selection good for all tastes. Would stay again.

Nice resort very handy all around the shops and restaurants nightlife the resort is too big you need to do lots of walking before you can get to the main road our room had very bad odour seems to be there forever staff very friendly breakfast it can be improved for little more European friendly nice private beach location overall we had nice stay Many thanks to the the bellboys the help me withe the golf baggies !!!

Hotel room was old and outdated, no USB plug, faucet is very old even some parts are broken. Night time you can hear the noise from the street and wasn’t quiet until around 11.00 to midnight. Property was walkable to access walking street and night market.
