In close proximity, there are many atmospheric places, elegant restaurants and coffee-filled cafes, such as Restaurant "u Witków" (4.8 km), Bistro 304 (4.5 km) - just 6 minutes by car and Cafe Wawel (4.9 km). Numerous grocery shops are available within a short distance, such as Biedronka (650 m) and Lidl (600 m), where guests can stock up on essential products. An advantage is the close proximity to a bus stop (170 m), which will allow non-motorised guests to easily get around the city. It takes just 9 minutes by car to reach the John Paul II airport, thanks to the ring road available.

The interior and furnishings provide a warm and homely atmosphere. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The kitchenette is equipped with the necessary kitchen accessories, such as a fridge with freezer, oven and dishwasher, useful for daily meal preparation. An additional advantage is the washing machine available in the apartment. Guests will have at their disposal a sunny living room with a sofa bed and a TV, from which there is also access to a cosy garden with a terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee. In the bathroom, guests have a shower, toilet and hairdryer at their disposal, all in a stylishly decorated interior. In addition, entertainment includes multimedia such as Smart TV and Wi-Fi access.
