Wanted a hotel with access to both the Old City and the Jewish Quarter; This hotel worked out very well though a short walk is needed to both areas. Overall the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. And the staff very kind and pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the small “secret” lounge downstairs and the pool area as well. I would be happy to stay here again and hope someday to make that wish a reality!!

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. Incredibly comfortable, warm friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. We arrived early after a very early flight and our room was ready. Great service.

This hotel is without a doubt 5 star hotel. I have traveled all around the world and have stayed in many 5 star properties but this one is one of my favorite now. As you enter the hotel it always smells so good and so inviting. The staff is very helpful, kind and attentive. The rooms are big and extremely clean. Beds very comfortable and bath towels bigger than an average bath towel size found in most hotels. Everything is high quality and it’s felt everywhere regardless of where you step. Even though it’s not as close to old town as I would like it to be I still definitely recommend this hotel. Pure luxury and beauty.

This is our second stay at Bachleda krakow. It is a beautiful luxury hotel. Wonderful restaurant and bar area. Close to the Wawel castle and the riverfront. Short walk to the center of the square. Will return!

I loved staying here. It was the perfect hotel for my dad’s birthday. It was so comfortable, clean and so quiet! I have never stayed in a hotel where it was so quiet and I slept amazingly. The staff are amazing, they were so helpful and kind. They were able to give us excellent suggestions for what we could do during our stay. If you can stay here I highly recommend it. It’s conveniently located and a 10 minute walk from the town square. Can’t wait to stay with you again!
