Rooms and lobby stylishly decorated, shame it's let down slightly by the amenities but it looked like they were being upgraded so perhaps they we just stayed there at the wrong time, didn't appear to match the rest of the hotel.

I loved the hotel and how easy is to access all the facilities such as pool restaurant etc The place is just fantastic, the staff super helpful The jacuzzi, sauna and pool a super bonus specially if you travel with children . The food at the hotel is exquisite, breakfast has got a massive variety I have never seen before. Close to the main landmarks and only short distance to the main square Only negative thing, if any, the building outside the hotel but not a big bother in all honesty

The room was uncomfortably hot and the air con didn’t work properly. Roadworks outside started at 6am and were noisy. House keeping came at 2:30 pm one day when we were in and then at 9:30 am the next as we were about to leave. We told them we were leaving in 5 minutes and they didn’t return so no housekeeping/clean cups etc in our 3 night stay. We booked it for the pool but this was very deep and the smaller shallow area only suitable for younger children. They had made up a travel cot for our almost 6 year old and we had to ask for sheets and a towel for child. Travel cot stayed in the room the whole time. We would not return.

Overall stay was ok, average perhaps. Location of hotel is good and that's a plus. Found our room small and the air con loud and ineffective. We had a river side view, but it was tainted by road works immediately outside. Buffet breakfast was small and busy, we often had to chase staff to get items replaced or for glasses etc. Staff were ok, but a little slow and too laid back. We stayed for 3 nights, so the problems were inconvenient... We also had to chase for our room to be cleaned a few times. We did bring this up with management and they did offer us a coupon, but I'd rather of had a more comfortable stay.

Major construction on the road in front of the hotel. Taxis and Ubers couldn’t pick up or drop off in front of the hotel. Rooms were very dark. Not enough light. Bathroom needs renovations - looks very used.

Saving the Earth with "drip showers"
Wonderful hitel, very modern and clean with excellent staff! However its not enjoyable to take a "trickle shower" in the name of the environment. So a 15 minute drizzle is better than a 5 minute normal shower somehow. It didnt save any dolphins, just annoyed the hell out of us each morning. 😅 Next time I see a property with "Green Key" certification, I'll run the other way! Cheers

Would stay here again.
The hotel was clean and the staff were polite which are the two main things we look for. As for the facilities, they were adequate. The children enjoyed the pool and games room. I had an injury on our second day of the holiday and staff were quick to respond and extremely helpful in getting me to A&E and even asked over the coming days if i was ok.

Convenient location to the centre and it was a picturesque location by the river. Friendly staff and a nice sized family room with a river view. The AC wasn’t easy to work with and we couldn’t get the room temperature low enough for comfort. The breakfast wasn’t great value for money as it was a bit chaotic in terms of people traffic and food items weren’t quickly replenished…but they were the only real criticisms

It is ok
The location of the hotel was okay, rather central. However, we had to ask three times on three consecutive days for our room to be properly cleaned. They didn't refill the hand wash soap upon our check-in, even though we were charged 25 Euros for an early check-in, claiming our room was ready. On the second day, the bed was poorly tidied and the bathroom was not cleaned despite our previous requests. One would think that after bringing this to their attention on the first day, they would do a proper job later, but surprisingly, that was not the case. The staff at the reception spoke very basic English, which made communication difficult. Sadly, this hotel did not deliver on the expectations they create for their clients. Major improvements are needed.
