On the ground floor there is 1 large and modern furnished living room with access to the private sunny terrace with garden furniture and loungers, as well as to the orchard, 1 separate fully equipped kitchen and 1 guest WC. A staircase leads to the upper floor of the apartment. Here guests will find 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower partition and WC, as well as a sofa bed in the gallery. This great apartment offers all the comfort for a relaxing holiday with family or good friends.

With excellent access to the A20 and city motorway, you can easily reach stunning destinations like the sandy beaches of Warnemünde (15 km), Heiligendamm (20 km), Kühlungsborn (25 km), and Rerik (35 km). Visit the local zoo and the fascinating Darwineum, and take day trips to Denmark from the nearby ferry port. Other attractions include Karls Erdbeerhof in Rövershagen, the bird park in Marlow, the historic city of Stralsund, and the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Lübeck. Rostock also boasts cultural highlights at the Ostseestadion and various concert venues.
