i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble.

Compliqué: beaucoup de marche pour accéder à la chambre, horrible quand on a un certain âge comme moi. Pas de café dans la chambre. Juste une bouteille de 25 cl d'eau et non renouvelé pour les jours suivants. Pas de lit refait ni de serviette changée, Salle de bain qui avait un reflux d'eau au niveau de l'évacuation de la douche qui provenait de, je ne sais quel endroit, douchette des toilettes sans embout ? tablette au-dessus du lavabo dans un état déplorable, porte pliante pour accéder à la douche qui grince et difficile d'ouverture, manque d'huile. Bruit de la machine à laver jour et nuit, je pense mitoyenne à la chambre dans laquelle j'étais. À part ça, le lit était ok. Vue sur la rue arrière qui est dans un état lamentable... Mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien.
