The service here is incredible. The staff are so friendly and attentive. I felt special and well looked after. My room had a kitchenette and BBQ so we could cook our own meals when we want to. And the view is just paradise. It’s a bit far from town but I’m happy just to chill here by the pool.

First of all I want to thank all the staff at the Hilton especially Rarai who was absolutely amazing, very helpful and nice, people like him are a blessing! The rooms are very clean and spacious. And the view was fantastic We had a problem in our beautiful massive penthouse with leaking water in the room after a storm,so they moved us to a villa, not as big but convenient( i am not sure is that was fair enough after wasting half a day moving our things for six people from an apartment to another due to a maintenance issue). And what I didn’t like is the long distance between the rooms and all the amenities and lobby and waiting for the express bus was a waste of time especially that most of the time it took more than 10 minutes and sometimes we used it more than five time daily and it’s too hot to walk Other than that, our stay was very relaxing and we didn’t want to leave ! In General I recommend the Hilton for the cleanliness and beautiful room and especially for it’s staff for their great service.

Great facility with the new adult breakfast and pool area. House keeping ladies provided timely and excellent service with a smile. General atmosphere was great expect too many people were using the shared pool from other areas in front of our beachfront apartment -so little privacy. Property however needs a bit of maintenance as had to get BBQ fixed as was not working. Bose stereo was also not working but managed to fix to get some sound. Disappointed with international buffet as was nothing special and not good at all for $90 per person. Also breakfast spread was not as great as it used to be.

I would stress to the people considering this property to understand it is NOT a 5 star resort like the rating implies. There are better hotels at the same price point (Momi bay Marriott) I don’t mean this in a disrespectful way but more to level set expectations so people understand what they are getting. Personally I would classify it as a lower tier 4 star hotel. Pros: Big pool Dining options Generally friendly staff Daily activities Cons: -Outdated rooms -Bugs in room -Pool area can feel crowded -Tons of golf carts running on the walking path at all times (it’s a wide property so done as a way to provide convenience but makes it an inconvenience for people walking because path is to small) - couldn’t use Netflix on tv or other streaming services This was not the only hotel we stayed out in Fiji (we also stayed at Momi bay Marriott which we highly recommend) and the differences were clear in just the way they operated. For instance, the other hotel: - greeted us with a traditional Fiji welcome - offered us a complimentary mimosa - grand entrance made it very easy to check in and uncrowded - have a complimentary bottle of champagne and honeymoon letter to us. - sang to us at our first dinner - sang to us the night before we left - had a bigger gym - tennis courts - friendlier staff - honestly just overall a better experience The biggest dissatisfaction with this hotel stay is this hotel did not do anything special for our honeymoon.

The hotel has spent non of there ff&e budgets run down worst lobby in a hilton i would not clas it as a hilton the reception no idea of what was the room we booked @70yrs age upstairs when i booked downstairs get worse the room had small plunge pool outside tables chairs but infestated with mosquitoes i am covered with bites oh ps no mosquitoe spray dont open door for fresh air no flyscreens Food terrible not of any quality take it as it comes eg duck pancakes they shred the duck so they can use as much at Not slice nothing food fish civied mahi mahi tasted like mash potatoe been there till turned into soft mash all food terrible go to other resorts instead breakfast they stop 11 but pack up 10minutes before lobby delapidated facias leaking rotting There is no money change the convert to us or aus but you cannot convert to figian great but you can buy something in shop and they will convert Checked out found luggage in reception area not locked till departure I really have much more to say this property would be and should be a 2/3 standard not a 5 nor even a 4 go somewhere else Clearly tge owners are not interested in maintaning at again at deceptive advertising of the property Hilton hotels shocking absolutely terrible paying staff at $6.5/ hr no staff training nothing Learn from others in denaru that do this Shocking shockingly bad Hilton hold your head in shame not reflective of your standards ask head office check it out I have 50 years dont push my r

Had a nice week at the Hilton Fiji. The resort is nothing fancy but does everything well. Rooms very comfortable and well appointed. Facilities were well maintained and clean with very friendly staff everywhere. Missing a bit of a vibe around the pool with a better bar/music etc would have aided to the experience

Checkin time was 3PM and we only got our room at 4PM. We had requested a late checkout but hotel was booked so were not given any option even though we had a 9 month baby and requested if possible plus we got our room later than the 3PM check in time. Dinner at Nuku restaurant was not great, very salty and when we told staff she didnt apologise or even say anything she just heard and went. We then went to the asian restaurant the next day it was good food and staff were very nice here compared to Nuku for dinner. Staff for buffet breakfst at Nuku were amazing and helpful. Our room had lots of small ants everywhere.

Staff were very friendly. Awesome pools. Wear and tear in the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom (it didn’t affect our stay), and the view from our room was stunning. We stayed in the 1bdrm oceanview with kitchenette and laundry. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hilton but we did find the food overpriced at the restaurants so we chose to dine outside of the resort.
