Schöne Ferienwohnung, nicht weit vom Meer entfernt
Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden! Es ist alles modern eingerichtet, sauber und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Wir wurden beim Anreisetag auch sehr nett von Ben begrüßt. Ich würde die Ferienwohnung immer weiter empfehlen und evtl. Nächstes Jahr wiederkommen 😉

Schöne Ferienwohnung gut geeignet für Familien
Die 1 Woche in Kühlungsborn war leider zu kurz um alle Freizeitmöglichkeiten nutzen zu können. Besonders die Saune ist ein gute Alternative wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt. Rundum zufrieden mit der Wohnung und den Gastgebern. Haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in Kühlungsborn. Die Lage der Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben. In der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna und das angrenzende Badezimmer haben zum Entspannen eingeladen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer schnell und unkompliziert.

Sehr schön und modern, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Sauna ist großartig und alles vorhanden, Bademäntel Saunatücher, Aufguss. Wir konnten uns entspannen. Danke auch dem Eigentümer, immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich.

Wir haben uns in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung mehr als wohlgefühlt. Es war tipptopp sauber, sehr modern und doch gemütlich eingerichtet, die bodentiefe Dusche in dem stylischen Bad mit angrenzender Sauna war ein Traum und auf der grossen Süd-Terrasse konnte man herrlich in Ruhe entspannen! Auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts! Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter war sowohl im Vorfeld,! als auch vor Ort absolut unkompliziert und sehr freundlich Wir würden immer wiederkommen!

Das Objekt ist eine geräumige Wohnung mit zwei vollwertigen Schlafzimmern ohne die in vielen anderen Objekten anzutreffende "Lösung" mit Etagenbetten oder solchen, die erst umgebaut werden müssen. Diese Eigenschaft war uns sehr wichtig. Trotz der Souterrain-Lage wirkt die Wohnung nicht dunkel. Die niedrige Raumdecke, vermutlich dem ehemaligen Keller geschuldet, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist modern und zweckmäßig. In der Küchenzeile ist alles vorhanden, ein paar zusätzliche Frühstücksbrettchen wären gut. Das Bad ist groß mit ebenerdiger Dusche und einem Saunabereich. Die unterhalb des Straßenniveaus liegende Terrasse ist ansprechend angelegt und großzügig bemessen. Ein Kfz-Stellplatz ist da. Die Parkmöglichkeit für ein zweites Auto ist mal so, mal so. Im Onkel-Bräsig-Weg ist parken am Straßenrand verboten. In der Leuchtturmstraße ist dies möglich. Aber oft parken die hier wohnenden Bürger auf den Plätzen in der Leuchtturmstraße, trotz der vorhandenen Parkräume auf ihren eigenen Grundstücken, manche Parkplätze sind als "privat" gekennzeichnet, oder mit Sperrbügeln versehen. Das könnte man etwas touristenfreundlicher machen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und stilvoll eingerichtet.
Die Lage war ruhig . Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen. Auch der Strand war gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe.
