Super Angebot tolle Wohnung
Es ist eine super tolle Wohnung für 2 Personen aber es gibt auch ein Schrankbett selbst das geht auch sie ist sehr geräumig. Sehr ruhig gelegen aber auch zentral. In der Nebensaison zu empfehlen aber wenn zu viele Kinder sind wird es ganz schön laut wenn sie ständig Treppe rauf und runter laufen

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung, mit moderner Einrichtung, sehr guter Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Alles ist in der Wohnung vorhanden, was für einen Aufenthalt von Nöten ist. Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

tolle Tage in wunderschöner FeWo
Wir waren 4 Tage in dieser schönen FeWo und haben den Frühling genossen. Es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, bei der Ausstattung in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig. Am Abend kann man sehr gut auf Sofa/Sessel entspannen. Die Terrase haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten raus und es ist absolute Stille (außer der Molli kündigt sich an:-) Der telefonische Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin war sehr nett. Die Lage in der Strandstrasse ist super. Man kann einen wunderbaren Spaziergang Richtung Seebrücke unternehmen, früh bei verschiedenen Bäckereien seine Brötchen holen (wir sind Bäckerei Junge Fan-tolles Brot), kurze Wege zu verschiedenen Gaststätten (Brauhaus gefiel uns gut).Wenn wir wieder mal in Kühlungsborn sind, werden wir diese FeWo buchen.

Sehr angenehmer Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. Zentral im Ort gelegen mit allen möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, trotzdem ruhige Lage. Nähe zum Strand, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten und recht viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Schöne FeWo in guter Lage
Alles in Ordnung, es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Kühlungsborn. Mit der FeWo, der Ruhe dort und der guten Ausstattung /bequemen Betten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Ort ist auch schön und ermöglicht viele Aktivitäten. Ist allerdings auch sehr beliebt und der schmale Strand an schönen Tagen völlig überfüllt, die "Wegelagerer" mit Decken und Windschutz... kennen keinerlei Abstandsregeln.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, gut gelegen (10 min zum Strand und zur Seebrücke), Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe, Ausstattung sehr gut, Privatsphäre durch fehlende Trennung der Terrasse zu den angrenzenden Wohnungen eingeschränkt.

Schöne und erholsame Woche
Wir (Ehepaar 55 J. und 60 J.) waren Anfang November 2019 für eine Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Alles (Bäcker, Restaurants und Promenade) war fußläufig in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse. aber davon waren wir im November natürlich nicht betroffen. Wir würden die Wohnung jeder Zeit wieder mieten.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir (meine Mutter 58 J., meine Tochter 3 J. und ich 36 J.) waren im Juli 19 für 4 Übernachtungen in der Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, Sauberkeit & Ausstattung alles gut gepflegt. Der Weg zum Strand, einfach nur geradeaus die Straße runter war mit 15-20 Min noch akzeptabel und einfach zu erreichen. Kühlungsborn ist generell ein schöner Ostseeurlaubsort, auch für Kinder und Hundeliebhaber wie ich feststellen durfte. Ich buche hier sehr gerne wieder :)

großzügig geschnittene Fereinwohnung mit einer sehr guten Grundausstattung. Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht mehr dem aktuellen Trend, worüber man aber gerne hinwegsehen kann, da alles sehr sauber ist.

Schöne Wohnung gute Lage
Ich hatte eine schöne Zeit dort mit meinen Großeltern, sie haben es auch sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr hübsch und alles sehr Ordentlich. Man hat alles da um auch mal daheim zu kochen was sehr angenehm war. Der Service war auch sehr gut und hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wiederholungsbedarf :D
