Hotellet var fantastisk. Det bedste og billigste luksushotel vi har boet på. Alt var fantastisk. Indtjekningen var nærmest en lille ceremoni. Vores værelse på 12 etage havde en fantastisk udsigt over bjergene. Værelset var meget stort. Det var vidunderligt at have så stort et værelse, når man ellers plejer at bo småt i Japan. Morgenmaden var den bedste vi har haft på denne tur. Hotellet får de varmeste anbefalinger herfra.

One of my most favorite hotels in Kumamoto. Whenever I come to Kumamoto I would stay here at least part of the time

This hotel has it all! Easy access to dining, shopping and transportation to see the local attractions. The hotel itself had great service and room was very clean and comfortable. We very much appreciated coin-operated laundry service, public bath service and access to a very diverse breakfast! We will definitely be back!

Very good hotel with family
Facilities are very good. Very near to shopping center and station. Car Packing service also good. I will recommend to my friend and tour companies in Korea.

Tripped and fell down (hurt myself badly) from an oversized trash can in a cramped so called deluxe room. People left trash bag of food outside the room in the hallway. Greater location next to train station but will never stay there again.
