What’s fantastic hotel. Amazing staff, so helpful, we felt very pampered. We had two corner rooms,(well worth the small premium). One room had views of the bullet trains coming and going, plus sunset vistas. The other room had great views of the city and we saw a spectacular sunrise. The only issue we had was the restaurant in the evening, the food was disappointing and our order was incomplete and we were brought the wrong wine. The wine was resolved quickly, given the quality of the food we didn’t bother chasing up the missing dish The breakfast on the other hand was very good, great choice, both local and continental Fantastic parking and we loved the concession price Overall a fantastic stay, that was brilliant value for money in a great location

We love THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO! We were stunned by how beautiful and elegant this hotel is when we walked into the lobby. The facility is top notch and the staff are friendly and helpful. Location-wise, it is above the Amu Plaza right next to the Kumamoto train station. You can find plenty of shopping and dining options around this are. Plenty of famout restaurants have branches in Amu Plaza and Higo Yokamon Ichba Market. If you would like to stay in a hotel in Kumamoto close to the station, THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO is the best choice.

THE BLOSSOM KUMAMOTO is amazing. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The facility is quite new and well-maintained. This hotel is located above Amu Plaza next to the train station. There are plenty of dining options here, and you can find the branches of many famous restaurants in Amu Plaza or Higo Yokamon Ichba Market. For people traveling with JR trains, I highly recommend staying here.

Very hard to fault this hotel, the stay was excellent and staff always really attentive and professional. The room was great, new and clean. Located within a great shopping centre, with lots of food options close by, and right next to the JR train station Would definitely stay again, and also recommend!
