Smile Hotel is a good standard with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The laneways behind are interesting and fun for Izakaya but Kushiro central city is no longer busy and very run down.

対応して下さったスタッフの方が親切。朝食は家庭的で、こちらもスタッフさんとたわいも無い会話を楽しめました。ウェルカムドリンク？で日本酒を頂き、バスソルトもなんだか素敵。 ただ二つだけ、繁華街近くなので外の声が聞こえてくる。お風呂が古いからか…黒カビ？サビ？お掃除したくなりました。 金額を考えると…ありですが。

3泊をして、２日目に外出する予定があったため、掃除をお願いしたが、冷蔵庫に物が入っているのにも関わらず、電源を切られてしまっていた。ホテルに戻った際に、飲み物がぬるくなっていた。

ビジネスホテルのようで、ツインの部屋は少ないです。 周囲に飲食店はたくさんありますが、駅は遠いです。 豪華でも素朴でもなく、普通に快適に泊まれるホテルです。 お盆休みでしたが、駐車場はあまり不自由なく利用できました。

釧路駅には歩くと少しかかるけど、観光に路線バスで行くなら近くの旭町のバス停が使える！ある意味便利で繁華街も近くいいが、昔の建物をリフォームしているものの、構造的に壁も薄く水回りの近隣の部屋の音が聞こえて、夜中も目が覚めてしまうかなあ。
