Just out of the main stream areas which made easier access to surrounding areas. Did not waste a lot of time waiting in lines. Shopping mall near by with big food court. Had a lounge area which was nice to sit back and have a cup of coffee.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Japan yet! It was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in their locker area. They have a lounge area to chill and relax. They offered a free alcoholic drink and daily mochi. Great hotel! Its 2 minutes away from Toji Station and that takes you to Kyoto Station. Very accessible.

We only needed a room to rest for the night, and this place was perfect. I'm fascinated with the comfort that Comfort Hotel ERA Kyoto Toji provides. The breakfast, which is an additional fee, was delicious and convenient, especially when you don't have set plans. We loved that we could eat and then head straight to our attractions. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Great property! It is across the street from the Toji station and close to the Toji shrine. Staff is super friendly and helpful. A convenience is also close. Overall, great experience staying at this hotel.
