Nice location. Only 5 minute walk to Kyoto Station. Lots of shopping and restaurants are nearby. Staff are nice and friendly. It will be perfect if they speak better English, but ok. Room is small but practical — enough for two people with 2 medium suitcase. Clean n comfortable. Breakfast offers a variety of food.

Wonderful stay in Kyoto
Conveniently located close to the Kyoto station. I enjoyed the hot spring spa after a long day of sightseeing. Beds are a little hard by Western standards, but everything else was great. So many thoughtful (and free) touches- noodles at night, popsicles and ice cream bars in the spa area. Every thing was clean and well maintained.

A refreshing stay after the small room we had in Tokyo. Location is close to the station and had great Onsen facilities. One of us was a coeliac and the breakfast offered plenty of options to cater for it. Staff are friendly and informative Definitely recommend to stay here on your next trip.

Wonderful experience very close to the large kyoto station maling getting around very convenient. Convenience store right next door that is open 24 hours perfect for a late night snack run or quick bite before hopping on a train lovely in hotel hotspring with complimentary post onsen ice cream and a milk vending machine.
