Excellent hotel, room was very spacious with wide range of amenities. Access to washing machine in our room made it so convenient when travelling with kids. There’s no front desk but check in and check out processes are easy to follow. Located minutes from train station and 15 minute walk to Dotonbori. Would definitely stay again!

Nice, modern hotel, ideal location on a busy and active thoroughfare. Easily accessible from the railway station via a 15 minutes walk in a vast underground passage. Compared to our other experiences in Japan, this hotel staff is more inclined to stick to the hotel “rules”, which result into a less accommodating situation from a western point of view. Other than that, we had a nice stay in this hotel and plan to return on our next trip to Kyoto.

This hotel is close to everything: transportation, shopping, restaurants…… And the staff were friendly and helpful. My husband love the high quality free coffee and mocha in the lobby. Very recommended.

A little too bougie for us. But it was a very nice and clean hotel. Big nice lobby to hang out at in the evenings, they had provided all amenities needed. Staff was friendly and nice. Room was small.but had enough space to maneuver around. They have a self serve espresso machine which spoiled us. All the high end stores are all on the strip.

Great location - right on the main shopping street but surprisingly quiet inside. Handy link to the subway which made getting to/from the station easy. Walkable to lots of great places to eat and shop - right on the doorstep. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Complimentary sake each evening and coffee machine in the lobby. I’d highly recommend this hotel for stays in Kyoto.
