The staff were all very nice and super helpful. Room service was very nice as well and respectful of our space and personal items. It was unfortunate that there was no coin laundry or laundry machines inside the hotel, but the laundry rooms were a very walkable distance. Other than that, we had a very nice stay!

It was a great place to rest. Bus 26 stops right in front from the train station ,and the subway station is just 2 blocks away. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Clean and great location. Not much space for luggage but still value for money. Should make clear that there is extra charge for towels and pillows. when booked for a family of 4 only 2 sets are provided because it was a twin room. Nice place, but it seems the building is on the "older"/aged side. The room I was assigned to had cracks in the wall, but nothing big. The amenities indicate laundry facilities, but it is more a laundry service that the front desk will receive and do it for you, it's not a self-service laundry room. Aside from this, it was a nice stay, staff is very nice.
