This hotel is self service hotel from the moment you check in with keyless room and rarely anyone will be around to help you.
When we check in, no one welcomed you or explained about anything. He just told us to check in from the pad.
If you are lucky you will find someone but they speak very minimal English or no English.
Also this hotel does not accept luggages transfer since obviously cause no one will be there. If we knew we probably would choose other place instead.
The Apt was pretty spacious compare to others, and provided air purifier/ humidifier. Water pressure was excellent.
But somehow flooding happened when we showered since something was stuck, since it’s late we could not get help so my husband try to clean it and found poop stuck underneath causing the flooding.
We were so upset and went downstairs to complain and call from a tablet and she said she will go to out room.
A girl showed up at our door so we told her about the situation. Also we complain about the smoke smell in the room.
The girl only told us she would tell the manger about the flooding but unclear and what to do about it.
Also for the smoke she said most likely from the lower floor (our room was 3rd floor).
After she left, we try to investigate the smoke smell actually coming from outside window, so we closed it and turn on the air purifier, we could not sleep that night since the smoke smell was pretty bad.
The next day, we did not see the manager and act like nothing happened.
