Unable to communicate effectively with front desk staff where to leave our baggage’s while waiting for our ride. I hope staffs can communicate in English effectively to avoid misunderstanding and confusion. No garbage container in bedroom area.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is close to two subway stations and useful bus routes. Also great access to local restaurants and chains (McDonalds and Yoshinoya) if needed (had someone with a gluten allergy with us so relied on them at times). Rooms are smaller but we weren’t bothered by the size.
