Beautiful detached villa in private secure grounds with swimming pool

Lovely detached villa in own gardens with private pool and barbecue area. Modern and comfortable, in quiet location, but within easy reach of shops, restaurants and beaches.

A real home-from-home feel to the property. Fully equipped with modern appliances and equipment, Freeview satellite TV and books/games to fully enjoy a relaxing holiday in our home-from-home. Very modern, clean and comfortable furnishings and excellent equipment ensure a comfortable stay.

Although there are many excellent, good value restaurants within easy reach, we include a welcome pack of basic groceries with all bookings to ensure that your arrival is as pleasant as possible. Linen and towels are changed on departure, and all prices include end of holiday cleaning.

The villa is furnished to a high standard, to ensure comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. We have air conditioning in the lounge/dining room and all bedrooms so is suitable for use all year round.


Private grounds with private swimming pool: The gardens are particularly pleasant and have a range of outdoor furniture and a lovely barbecue area. There is a large sun terrace upstairs which can be reached via the master bedroom or the landing. Beautiful mountain views from the terrace make it a very pleasant place to enjoy the sun.

Tres Cales local area: Tres Cales is the largest urbanisation in Ametlla De Mar. It is on the coast, so there are several lovely beaches within a couple of minutes drive form the villa. Saint Jordi beach also has an historic Castle nearby.

There is a Commercial Centre on the urbanisation, with shops and restaurants, but it is only a few minutes drive into the village of Ametlla, which is a very traditional Spanish fishing village. The focus is the lovely fishing harbour around which there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. There is also a charming old town with interesting architecture.

Costa Dorada Area: There are lots of places to visit in the area. Tarragona, Cambrils and Salou are the closest main holiday resorts. Each offers lots of interesting places to visit, from beautiful beaches, good restaurants and shops to historic architecture, particularly Tarragona.

There is a lovely long promenade in Salou, as well as a Universal Studios theme park and water park called Port Aventura. Cambrils is a very cosmopolitan marina resort, lots of restaurants and boutiques. Tarragona itself has a beautiful old town, with ancient buildings around busy squares full of restaurants and pavement cafes.

It is a huge wine-growing region, famous for Cava and Torres wines. There are also local markets selling fresh fruit, vegetables and cured hams etc.

Great communication from Dawn from the outset, including sorting out a couple of issues whilst we were there and going over and above. Villa had everything we needed, set in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Car a necessity, but we knew that anyway and had planned on the fact we’d need to drive to key places.

The perfect getaway
Right from booking Dawn was in contact with us giving us some recommendations along with some hints and tips for the local area which really helped as we didn’t know the area. She provided contact details in case there were any issues (there were none!) and we received a lovely welcome pack on arrival. The villa was better than we expected, very private and secure, an ideal place for our family to enjoy a relaxing break. We would definitely recommend, 5 stars!! Thank you Dawn.

Family reunion in beautiful villa and surrounding area
We stayed in this beautiful villa for a week and had a wonderful time. We celebrated a birthday during the week and Dawn was very helpful with giving us local recommendations. The weather was perfect so we had wonderful beach days. The beaches in the area are beautiful and Dawn was extremely helpful with her local knowledge. The villa has everything we could have wished for. Perfectly equipped for 4 month old, 2 and 7 year old and adults enjoyed the bbq area where we enjoyed locally caught fresh fish. The neighbours were wonderful too and supplied us with home grown vegetables every day. A perfect holiday to create happy memories.

Beautiful villa, lovely relaxing holiday!
Casa Dawn is a beautiful villa, in it's own grounds with swimming pool. The villa has just had a total refurbishment and it is spot on! Everywhere was spotlessly clean. It has absolutely everything you could think of needing whilst on holiday, and more! Dawn gave lots of advice beforehand about places to visit, nearest beaches and best places to eat in the area. We would definitely recommend a stay here, and will definitely be back hopefully next year! Thankyou Dawn for letting us stay in your beautiful villa .

We have stayed her twice and loves it every time.
Both times we have stayed here we have loved it. Lovely villa, lovely place. Dawn is always very helpfull if we have any query. Villa is well equipt with every thing you need would definately reccomend this villa to anyone and ive already reccomended it to my friends. We came as a family of 6 and there was plenty of space for us all. Myself and my husband are trying to work our schedule out for next year to book a week for the both of us. A very relaxing and enjoyable family holiday in a fabulous villa.
Three generations stayed in Casa Dawn for the last week of August and all had an amazing time. From the moment of arrival until our reluctant departure 7 days later, we wanted for nothing. The access instructions were spot on and the welcome pack an added bonus after a day of travelling. Casa Dawn is spacious and exceptionally well equipped with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs (plus a spacious sun terrace) and a further bedroom, wc, and open plan kitchen, dining room and living room downstairs. Bedding and towels were in abundance and there was more than enough crockery, cutlery, glassware and suchlike for our use. Plenty of storage in each of the bedrooms as well as much needed air conditioning units throughout the villa. The villa is set in grounds that offer 360 degree access and includes outdoor dining areas, a brick barbecue with useful outdoor fridge/freezer next to it, patio furniture including settee and armchairs, off-road parking for at least 3 cars and of course the wonderful pool where many hours were spent. I would recommend a car for a stay at Casa Dawn as the nearest shop is a good mile away and the nearest beach even further. There is a restaurant about a 15 minute walk away but a visit anywhere else requires transport. The local town of L’Amettla de Mar is just a 10 minute drive away and offers a host of seafood restaurants and boat trips. My lot preferred the town of L’Hospitalet de L’Infants, a 15 minute drive north of Casa Dawn where the beaches and facilities were excellent. On a wet or overcast day, head 30 minutes north to Tarragona and the Parc Centro shopping mall. Wow! All in all, we couldn’t have wished for anything more from our stay at Casa Dawn. Our party ranged in age from 11 to 81 and all had a wonderful time. The owner, Dawn, went out of her way to make this a very personal and welcoming stay. If you’re looking for a stress-free home away from home to relax and enjoy the sunshine then Casa Dawn is definitely for you.

An amazing villa. Everything you need for a great holiday. The Villa was spotless. A wonderful welcome basket was there on our arrival. Very friendly and helpful owners. Shops in walking distance. Lovely restaurants within walking distance too.Gorgeous beach about 5 minutes drive away. 10 out of 10. Will definitely be booking again.

Wir waren 2 Wochen mit unserer Familie hier. Im großen und ganzen wirklich schön. Ein Teil der Fenster konnte man leider nicht verriegeln, sodass wir die Rolläden untenlassen mussten, damit keiner reinkommt. Etwas weiter weg, aber dafür eine ruhige Lage mit netten Nachbarn.

Genieten onder de Spaanse zon
Het huis had alles wat je nodig hebt. Na een kleine valse start (benedenverdieping was niet helemaal netjes) hebben we 10 dagen genoten van dit verblijf. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep heel vlot. Binnen de kortste keren was de poetsdame aanwezig om alles top top in orde te brengen. De villa’s uitgerust met alles wat je maar kan bedenken. Het zwembad wordt meermaals tijdens je verblijf onderhouden, de buren zijn super vriendelijk en een hele rustige buurt maar toch snel bij alles. Zeker aan te raden!!!

Hervorragendes Ferienhaus für größere Familie
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Tres Calles. Das Ferienhaus ist ruhig mit netten Nachbarn in der Urbanisation les Tres Calles gelegen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Alles ist recht schnell erreichbar, in ca. 5 min liegt ein großer Supermarkt. Die wunderschönen Buchten und Spazierwege haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Ferienhaus wird von der Familie bewohnt, so dass wirklich alles zu finden ist, was in der Küche gebraucht wird. Besonders gut sind die Küchengeräte, Equipment wie Waschmaschine ist sehr leise, und die Töpfe in sehr guter Qualität. Der Garten hat viele Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Sonne und im Schatten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt, perfekt für eine Abkühlung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. :)

Llevamos veraneando en Calafat muchos años y este año nos hemos alojados en Tres calas. La casa está muy bien y los vecinos muy amables. Solo que para ir a las calas te desplazas en coche por estar un poco más alejada pero por el resto muy, muy recomendable.

Fuimos con familia a pasar una semana, la dueña es superamable y atenta, la villa muy cuidada, destacar que no le falta absolutamente nada, han pensado hasta el último detalle, su ubicación muy buena, pues está muy cerca de muchas calas y de supermercados, un plis en coche, entorno tranquilo y relajante, destacar unos vecinos maravillosos, con un trato cercano y generoso, así que son una de las mejores vacaciones y sin duda recomiendo y repito la próxima!

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans cette villa. La maison est comme l'annonce, endroit très calme avec des voisins très gentil. La piscine et très agréable et a bonne température. La maison est très propre, le jardin bien entretenu. La maison est bien équipée et tout le nécessaire est présent : accessoires cuisine, drap et serviettes de bain. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, la clim est appréciable dans les chambres en cas de chaleur, la piscine est très agréable (une personne dédiée est venu la nettoyer pendant notre séjour et a effectué les tests de chlore), le jardin est bien entretenu et la villa est dans un secteur très calme. De plus, très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, du début à la fin. Merci à lui !

Vacaciones tranquilas en familia
El alojamiento es inmejorable. Con unas instalaciones perfectas para pasar unos días en familia. cocina muy bien equipada, lavabos y habitaciones amplias. jardín cuidado. Piscina limpia y con agua clara. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Sería perfecto si en el dormitorio princípial hubiera persiana. Entra luz en la mañana y no estamos acostumbrados. Por lo demás estamos totalmente muy satisfechos con nuestra experiencia.
